MS, Lyme's Disease from a tick bite ( there actually aren't any deer ticks in KY, but that doesn't matter), kidney stones, gall stones, brain tumours, beign peripheral paroxysmal vertigo ( that's a mouthful), ulcerative colitis, acute gastroenteritis, various anxiety disorders, depression, GERD, CFS, IBS-D, IBS-C, Chrone's disease, pancreatic cancer ( a friend was diagnosed with this and I instantly began to experience his symptoms), colon cancer, anal cancer ( from reading too much about Farra
The chemotherapy is focused for a colon cancer, and the drugs that are used do not confer protection for lung cancer. Colon cancer tends to produce small clusters of metastasis - it is atypical Hence, the biopsy was explored. The biopsy would of course involve a needle. Local anesthesia to the area to be punctured is usually given. I'm uncertain whether your previous biopsy for the prostate would make you less anxious or more so. Stay positive.
To add, vitamin D deficiency is a significant risk factor for cancer, especially breast, prostate and colon cancer. More than 3/4 of cancer patients have insufficient levels of vitamin D and the lowest levels of vitamin D are associated with more advanced cancer. Vitamin D council state optimal vitamin D serum is 80ng/mL or 200nmol/l. I have read that cancer patients should be higher at 100ng/mL or 250nmol/L.
Is it wrong of me to hear about a celebrity being affected by cancer and secretly wishing that it is colon cancer since we have no real celebrity survivor spokesperson? There's got to be others besides me. I don't wish cancer on anyone, but if they've got it anyway? And since we're just talking, is it wrong of me to switch radio stations every time a mattress or crappy car commercial comes on? I stay for the technology commercials like Honda and GE.
my grandmas brother died before 40 with colon cancer so i am worried but i had testing done like 7 years ago and i had no cancer so i am hoping its just this div stuff. the test he is doing is I GUESS, putting a tub in the stoma to check the inside of the colon for cancer or any other bad bowel.
Since then I have weaned myself to a total of .75 a day. Some days are fine and some are not. But my mom is dying of colon cancer and that makes it all so much worse. I am only 28 years old with 2 young children and a wonderful husband but my mom is my best freind and a wonderful grandmother and it breaks my heart to think of her not being here. Well, I have rattled on enough. Thankyou for your concern.
Hi Sunes, I also live in Canada, Toronto. I'm 31 and have been fighting with colon cancer for the last 2 years. I'm realizing now that my body had enough of it and I can't go through chemo any more. I have been considering vitamin C for a long time and now I think it's time to start with it. I was wondering where you get your injections of vitamin C.
D3 five years ago after surgery for colon cancer. My 1st reading was 17. I started with a low dose and got to 19. Raised my dosage to 2,000 IU a day and got to 39. To reach and stay right near a reading of 100, I take 6,000 IU's daily. I live in Georgia. Older adults cannot use the sunlight because of changes in their skin. Also, people with absorption issues, like losing 18" of colon to cancer, need more Vit. D3.
I recently had a colonoscopy to see about reversing what was supposed to be the temporary ileostomy and my intestines were so narrow they couldn't scope me and in the process the air that they tried to put in to see when they tried to scope me caused my colon to perforate and all the air was trapped in my upper body, putting a ridiculous amount of pressure on my lungs and chest so I couldn't breathe. I was hospitalized for a week and took about 5 weeks to recover from that.
At first I was affraid adhesions had my colon closed off...this had happened to me before and I was feeling exactly the same way. They did a CT scan and said all came back fine. I was not able to pass gas and had alot of indegstion...classic symptoms of colon blockage. Today at work I was biting everyone's head off over the smallest thing. I chewed my boss so bad it will take him a week to dig my shoe out of his azz...I'm really scared about tomorrow.
before my most recent child was born i was convinced i would get meningits, had colon cancer, and funny enough hiv. Anyway this has been all consuming. I continue to think i am experiancing serconversion symptoms ( the cold while leaving vegas, had a rash after working in the yard, general skin problems that i've had for years) I then worry about having given it to my wife and through her to my infant child.
How long did he follow up on the liver to make sure all the lesions were gone? Did he do ultrasounds periodically? Did he run cancer marker tests? Since you are losing a lot of weight, provided you have not changed your eating habits to eating far less or are not having vomitting and diarrhea (which can be symptoms of pain in the case of two of those symptoms or symptoms of anxiety), did the doctor check your thyroid function- not just running a TSH, but free T 3 and free T 4 also?
Without yet knowing the exact cause of the iron deficiency, and I'm not thinking it's malnutrition, what other conditions can cause these deficiences other than colon cancer and malnutrition? Is it possible that for that short of a time I could have become so malnutritioned that it would bring these deficieincies on that quick?
Still, periodically my vet would mention the prospect of a colonectomy--apparently, from x-rays, he did not absolutely have megacolon at the time, but it was arguable that the colon was at least a bit stretched. This vet had performed many colon-ectomies and assured me that there were few side effects and that it would instantly solve the problem. I debated this possibility for a long time, and then eventually I needed to move back to the states.
In recent years medical literature has highlighted vitamin D as effective in reducing the risk of various diseases, including infectious diseases, diabetes and even breast cancer, prostate cancer and colon cancer. It also increases the effectiveness of treatment for cancer patients.
I take clonazapam too. It is all my body can tolerate now after anal cancer gave me a brittle colon. Time and maybe drinking lots of water will help. Not sure you can speed up the removal of medicine...but you just took it for a couple of days. I think it is the wrong antidepressant for you. There are many that will not affect you like this in my opinion. I am a veteran: have tried at least 15 meds over past 30 yrs to control symptoms of agoraphobia and depression.
He died at 31 leaving his 6 and 9 year old little boys. We have a genetic colon cancer in our family. When his son was 10, only one year after losing his dad, not even enough times to come to terms with this and all the suffering he saw with his dad, he was diagnosed with the same disease. His suffering was even far worse than his dad's and most of us will never know this kind of pain, suffering and fear. I lost my grandson 6 months ago at 18. Were my prayers answered "NO!
why don't we hear more about it on the eveing news? why do we not know that the higher the animal products consumption the higher the cancer rate ( of all cancers)..why do we still continue to hear on the news that cancer has gotten better in certain areas of the body when only they are manipulating the statistics to "look" as if it has...why is the American Cancer Society telling people the wrong information and getting away with it STILL!
aren't there reports from India of some people actually able to live on sunlight and sunlight only. They do their own photosynthesis somehow. Good trick to know.
first i thought i had a brain tumor, then it was blood clots, then i thought heart attacks, then stomach cancer, then something wrong with my pancreas, now i think i have blood clots again. i cant deal with it anymore.
Consequences are re-adsorbtion of toxins from Fecal Matter(****),back into Portal Vein of Liver and Local Cellular effects,prognosis;Hemmorroids,Sub-jaundice-Encephalopathy(extremely RARE),colon cancer, anal fissures. So the best is Senokot and a high fibre diet, low in fat, drink 2ltr water per day and you will(I hope) be OK.
It would be like saying 50% of those who died of skin cancer did not die from cancer rather a result such as pulmonary arrest, a know end result of cancer, while trying to make the point that the cancer was irrelevant.
I was looking at MMS,but the sodium fluoride lvl`s seem to be very high..causing cancer above 5 mg pr 100 ml... So then i had to find a cure for cancer and found Hemp....when you juice raw hemp without heating it you won`t get the psychosomatic effect. Hemp takes care of many diseases before they appear. And that is not a scam or fake, who knows maybe it works for Herpes too..wish you all good luck in the future.
I wish I had parents to support me like discussed by earlier posts, but we can't have everything in life, and I have found this supposrt group, which I wouldn't have 20 years ago in the same situation, so I am trying to see the positive in anything. p.s. youtube roseanne holland's pictures if you want some incentive.
So we would have been in a bad place. When she died she had colon cancer. But the doctors and I think it was due to all the radiation she had in the intestinal/urogenital area. They don't know for sure. I wouldn't worry too much as the high risk HPV at your age will most very likely pass. I believe that yes men can get the gardesil too. so it would be great for him to get it as well. It may take a couple of weeks after the vaccine to develop immunity. Tagament is usually used for acid reflux.
Detoxing is scary for me since I don't have a large colon. However, I just read Lupus-Alternative Therapies that work and am intrigued by the mercury/amalgam filling removal. I am considering that. I have already removed the majority of processed foods from my diet and am going to start on the organic eating. I am trying to reduce red meat and increase vegetables and legumes. Some of the supplements in the book sound promising too.

He said that the laxatives, etc are strong, they are like colon cleansers and it totally removed everything from your colon.... I am not sure if those STRONG colon cleaners they give work or not but it totally cleans your colon (I guess pin worms can still be stuck to the colon wall but I am not sure) I just wish they would go up in there and remove and clean my colon. I mean at first the pin worms were soooo bad... I was itchy all the time! NOW I am not at all itchy at night...
people on the candidiasis diet sometimes take it at the same time.
