"Fix you" by Coldplay...thanks Jemm for already putting some of tte lyrics down. I love Coldplay and always have it played into my earphones when I have a bran MRI. Except the time I put on some classical music as I thought it would relax me but the clanking was too noisy so next time I went for Coldplay. This is music that all the family can enjoy which with 3 kids aged 15,18 and 20 is quite surprising and not forgetting my DH..when he is at home.

Till Kingdom Come by Coldplay makes me cry cuz I'm going to sing it to my baby but basically anything about my baby being born makes me cry cuz I'm so happy :p

I was wondering - do you think it is safe for me to go to the concert? Would you go? We have seats and up towards the back so I wouldn't be down mosh pitting.

I did not even think of it until recently, but I have an upcoming concert ticket to Ed Sherran at the Hollywood Bowl. I will be 22 weeks at the time of the concert. I am wondering if this is okay and safe for the baby being exposing to loud noises and if anyone has been told that is not a good idea at this stage of pregnancy. I think I'm also going to call tomorrow and ask my OBGYN directly but could use some help.

It was the first summer out door concert I actually enjoyed in awhile. Usually I am miserable and only go to make my husband happy. The only drawback with the cooling vest was the Police did not know what to make of it. It is hot and you are wearing something that looks like a bullet proof vest. It is heavy as well. I think I can substitute the the K cryopaks from Wallmart which are lighter ice packs and more flexible.

i went to a metal concert last sunday (05/09/2010) and it was in a basketball court, and it was incredibly loud and i did not wear earplugs. since then i have had ringing in my ears it is now the 9th day since the concert and all my friends who also didnt wear earplugs have no ringing. this is my first ever concert, and i am never exposed to loud noises anywhere, and my ipod is ever up to loud that i cant hear any1 else. i am very worried about it that it could be tinnitus.

I was at a concert last month that was very loud. It took a while for my hearing to recover completely but now that it has I noticed this screeching type overtone I hear when ever I play high notes on my guitar. It's on my acoustic and electric and its super loud. I was hoping it was just me overthinking this but I'm positive that it has to do with the concert. I just hope that there's a way to fix it. It's not tinnitus because it's not a ringing and it's not constant.

Well queens is coming 9 days before my due date and muse is coming almost a month after my due date. That would be the most ideal fathers day gift since my hubby never went to a concert in his life. So I meant to buy some earplugs on Sunday before going to the concert, but we were kind of in a rush getting there so I forgot to pick some up. The concert was outdoors so it was not like I was in a closed room (the sounds were able to get outside). It lasted about 2 hours-2 hours and a half so it was not super long. I was sitting almost towards the back end of the row so I was not right in front of the band. They were not a rock concert so the sounds were not like those crazy loud ones.

There's a huge concert coming up in two weeks, which at that time I'll be 26 weeks pregnant. I really want to go but I think I'll stand out being pregnant. What do you guys think?

So, if you have a center that has concerts in your city, get out the schedule. Look at it together and pick out a concert to go to together in the next couple of months. We have a summer concert center and we did this. We picked a couple of concerts we'd both like to go to and he's surprising me with tickets to one. He just needs to let me know early enough to get a sitter. Then we'll go to a concert together like a date.

I think it depends on what kind of concert it is and what the venue is like. I just recently went to a Taylor Swift concert and I was almost 20 weeks pregnant and it was totally fine. The crowd was mainly girls and we all had assigned seats. I've also been to a concert that was outdoors and in a field and I would have been fine there as well because it was very open and you didn't have to stand in with the crowd or even close to anyone (if there was smoking or anything).
