Both the redness and the spider veins kept getting more noticeable as i got older and about the beginning of my junior year in high school (17 years old) i started to notice a varicose vein coming in on my left under eye (that eye had the biggest spider vein), and now i am 18 years old in my senior year at high school with really bad redness, spider and varicose veins under both of my eyes.

A few times a year I get a herpes type outbreak on my right hip, just at the top of my thigh. It starts with a soreness in my hip joint and an ache in my leg. The skin becomes tender to touch, then within a day, I have a quarter size red splotch. If not treated with acyclovir immediately, the splotch opens to blisters. It has never become larger than the quarter-size area. Ice packs relieve the pain. I had herpes of the right eye about 25 years ago, and used to get many cold sores.

For the bug bite as you are not sure whether it was due to a spider bite, so it needs to be evaluated. Till then apply some cold compresses and then apply calamine lotion. It helps in soothing the skin.
You can take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. Although the bite may be itchy, avoid scratching it because you may damage the skin, and allow bacteria to get in, leading to infection. Also steroids may be needed which are available under prescription.

I got bit my a mosquito on my wrist and usually when i get bit which is quite often its whatever, but this one bite burns, it doesn't itch, it just doubled in size and my wrist is red all over, I tried talkin a cold shower, didn't work, I wouldn't know what else to try as far as medicine since I am 10wks pregnant, and its been almost an hour and a half since i got the bite. Back in May of 2011 I was bit by a venomous spider and was put on a steroid to reduce the swelling of the cyst that I obtained caused by resulting bite. When I got off the medicince, about 3-4 days later I broke out in the most horrific hives, from my head to my groin. Went to a doctor and was priscribed over the counterver Zyrtec/Cetirizine for the hives. Took them and immediately the hives vanished.
I started out as a hard bump and then turned into several little pimple type bumps. I thought it was a spider bite. I have seen 4 times a taranchula spider in my bedroom in the last 6 months. Each time it was right when I opened my eyes, it was right where I was looking. Three days ago I saw one above mu closet, the other three times (four total) this taranchula was running across the ceiling over my bed. Each time it looked a little different, but always a taranchula. Am I dreaming, still in the dream state when I see this? Hi everyone, last year I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had previously been diagnosed with a Prolactinoma years before.
Around the time of my type 2 diagnosis I also noticed spider veins developing on my ankles which I was okay with but also on my face around my cheeks and nose bridge.
I managed to get used to them, but just this last week i've also began to notice hypopigmentation developing nearby the spider veins on my cheeks...
