If you have headaches just use a nice pack, maybe some teas (make sure you google them, and make sure they are organic and no caffeine) for your cracked lips just stay hydrated && well use Chapstick? I've used Vaseline of my lips and face when it's really dry outside and it's helped but i only use it at night.

Avatar f tn Hello, Your symptoms are suggestive of sinus pain which can be the result of the cold or rhinitis that you had. The sinuses are air-filled spaces lined with mucous membranes surrounding the forehead, cheeks and eyes. Healthy sinuses allow mucus to drain and air to circulate throughout the nasal passages. When sinuses become inflamed, these areas get blocked and mucus cannot drain. This lack of proper sinus drainage can lead to infection.

Avatar f tn Hi. I'm new to this forum. :) Anyways, I'm in my 20s. I've had sinus issues before. Recently for months, had issues with my ears & vision issues . Also, I have General anxiety. It's been frustrating trying to get any dr to thoroughly look at me, as most pin my issues on anxiety. Well , couple of days ago went to clinic & lo & behold ....this dr thought I had anxiety. Finally she checks my ears & found that I had a bunch of fluid in them .
Avatar n tn Hello, I commisserate with you. Certainly sounds like rhinitis. I have had allergies all my life. I took all the over-the-counter remedies and also prescription nasal sprays. All until very recently. About 5 months ago I began taking a powerful antioxidant called OPC-3. It is dissolved in water in the morning and it has relieved my allergic symptoms almost completely. If you would like more information just let me know. Hang in there.

Avatar f tn Unless you have a fever over 100, I would just use OTC and natural remedies. Keep an eye on it and if you develop a higher fever, the sore throat persists more than three days or you develop flu like symptoms- then call your pcp.
Avatar m tn These sympgtoms are more likely to be a form of rhinitis - either allergic or non-allergic (climate change, other irritant), or acid reflux. As OHNS2010 suggested, you need to see a doctor for an acurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Take care and feel better.
