Avatar n tn Hi, It’s great to know you are writing a novel and you seem to have some good creative thoughts about the character in the novel. Unfortunately, I haven’t come across such a disorder in which a person becomes prone to a heat stroke. Fortunately, the hypothalamus which is a part of our brain and is responsible for maintaining the temperature does a pretty decent job and is able to maintain the body temperature even in the extremes of external temperature which can vary from 550 C to – 600 C.

4271307 tn?1353464775 Hi there- The doctor may be correct. Many non addicts will have wd's when they stop taking pain med. it's a physical response... So, you may be dependent because you take pain meds evy day but that, in and of itself, does not make you an addict. Does that make sense? I'll tell you what: Most addicts would have found their way to the bottom of that bottle of Vicodin by now. You only took ONE! Feel better and do some reading on addiction vs dependence.
Avatar f tn t recall eating anything to cause that the day before. The swelling has gone down but the tenderness remains (three days now). In your opinion, could this be a cold sore? https://image.ibb.co/fD2Tmk/Capture.jpg That picture is the best I could get with my compact mirror and my phone. I can say that I ate chips and salsa yesterday and I scratched it with a chip (ouch), so maybe that spot is a scratch? I'm not sure. Anyway, your thoughts are appreciated (and sorry for the novel).
Avatar m tn m not sure there are any actual experts on this forum, just folks with an interest in certain subjects, but that aside, you might want to be more specific about your question. Avatar m tn Hello, I have been in a dark room in a gay club, where people engage in oral sex, four times in the past. Each time, I received oral sex for about a minute (did not give it). I believe in some cases, the guy giving me a blowjob had only seconds before given someone else a blowjob, and possibly he had traces of the other person's cum in his mouth. I read there are next to no reported cases of HIV being transmitted by receiving a blow job, you say 0.5 in 10000.

Avatar f tn This reminds me a novel in which the owner of the Newspaper arranges murder, and many conspiracies and publishes news before any News paper can do. They do all sorts of things to become the first publisher.
393709 tn?1295964416 I love your screen name! It creates such a visual for me of a woman on the top of a mountain, the mountain crumbles because it's simply snow,an avalanche ensues with Blanche tumbling, bumping, flying, and barely surviving. In the end of this visual...she survives and walks away as though it were a hair flip! So,are you doing all the comfy things to help get through this? Did you stop the Trams cold turkey?

Avatar m tn Hard to say, Could be an allergy to outdoor plants. Or to the dust you're kicking up. Walking isn't anything like the energy expended mountain biking; few things are more strenuous or aerobic, so you're going to breathe a lot harder doing it. In the cold, the air is very dry, and that can dry your skin and your throat.
