Ever since I got pregnant my hands have been really cold I know it's cold outside but i'v never had this problem before.
It's been lovely sunny day but I've been cold all day. Any 1 else experiencing this.
I am writing this for my sister. In the winter she gets extremely cold hands and feet and her fingernails turn purple. She is not normally that cold to touch, as much as she feels cold herself. It actually causes pain. It leaves in the summer but in the winter its pretty bad, socks doesn't help, etc. She is only 21, so I was just wondering everyones take on it. She hasn't went to the doc yet...

When my hands are exposed to the cold they turn red and become swollen, sore and itchy. It's very much like an allergic reaction. In fact, the first time this happened I thought it was a reaction to some soap I had used. I was outside without gloves in 34 degree weather this morning for about 20 minutes. My hands had a reaction after about 10 minutes. I've always had cold hands and feet, but this is only the second time I've had this sort of reaction.

I'm usually a very responsible person but, I tossed off my boyfriend for the first time, the first time I'd ever done it, and it went on his hands and well as mine, I cleaned mine for about a minute and a half with soap and cold water and dried them whereas he just quickly rinsed his with water. He then went up to the loo, but I'm not sure whether he washed his hands with soap, but I heard the tap go. Later probs about 15-20 mins later, I'm not sure, he fingered me.

Hi there, i have been having a problem the last couple of months with my hands, everytime im out working, or just out with mates and its cold or chilly my hands tingle and white bumps appear all over my hands. They look like stings from nettles and its unexplainable and irritating, any help would be great thanks.
I can't answer to the blue hands, but have you ever seen a chiropractor for your tingling hands/feet? I'm a pianist and had problems with tingling and numb hands in high school. Every doctor we visited couldn't figure out what was wrong and eventually all came to the conclusion that I needed to stop playing piano so much. Finally, my mom decided to try a chiropactor. Five mminutes into the first visit, he diagnosed me with a pinched nerve in my spine and fixed it immediately.

Hey guys I'm 17 weeks pregnant and I have very itchy, swollen hands and my joints are sore. Is anyone else experiencing or have experienced this.
t actually feel very cold to the touch, just slightly cool. This is very painful. I have always gotten cold hands and feet when exposed to cold (never been tested for Raynaud's, but I assume I have it), but never like this. It happens in both my feet, however is worse in my left foot. My hands also get cold for no good reason (right now they are cold and I am just sitting in my house), but not as severe or as often as my feet.
