If you are really concerned and want something more gentle you can go with a semi or demi or you can try hair extensions. I personally never use color on my preggo clients only temporary colors or extensions (I live in LA and most of my clients prefer not to use chemicals when pregnant). And with extensions make sure you get someone that knows what they're doing. Good luck!

m scared an embarrased incase my hair needs to get cut short because of this. I bought hair extensions see if it would look better but no because you can see the knoted tangly knots etc. What should I do? Do I take my chance and go to hairdresser an get it cut because I have tried everything and nothing has worked.

fusion was from T11 to sacrum. It feels like there is a "slab" covering the fused area out to 3 inches either side of the spine. It is not painful. I have lower back pain, mild 24////7. It intensifies to major pain if I stand for more than 5 - 10 minutes. It intensifies with any activity involving any lifting, turning stooping etc. I am able to walk with a cane 1//2 mile, 1////4 mile without. I use a treadmill for longer exercise, but must support myself wiht the arms.
I pay of course, my portion to the insurance company to see the psychiatrist-20% is my portion. Haven't seen that bill yet. My script is $50 for 90-2 mg pills. A one month supply. I've seen CRAZY rates on this forum. Like $500 the first time they meet and $150 each visit thereafter. Insane.
