What I found out was that i needed to be in a mild climate not a really hot climate or really cold climate. Heat brings on fatigue and symptoms just as much as cold dose. Well acctually it really is the changes in the weather that bring on most of our symptoms. I also interviewd many fibro people from warmer areas and there symptoms were no better than mine.
Iv always been getting colds throughout my life and they never seem to be gone for long. I live in a hot climate and nothing seems to be helping to avoid them?
I have been suffering for the past 3 years with what seems to be an allergic reaction to cold weather. When the weather begins to turn cold and the humidity decreases I get very congested and asthma. It comes on strong at dusk when the temperature starts to go down. I am a runner and I get asthma while running below about 50 or so degrees. Seems to be getting worse each year.
For the running I have found that if I wear a neck gator or a "buff" up over my mouth relieves the asthma.
These sympgtoms are more likely to be a form of rhinitis - either allergic or non-allergic (climate change, other irritant), or acid reflux.
As OHNS2010 suggested, you need to see a doctor for an acurate diagnosis and effective treatment.

According to some of the pundits, especially those in governments, climate change is a myth. They say that it is a cycle that has been happening down through the centuries. The fact that these so called natural disasters are happening far more frequently than at any time in the past is of no consequence according to the anti scientific community. My question is, "Do you believe that all that is happening is due to normal occurences or do you believe that climate change is a fact?
ve had post-nasal drip, one cold with a cough that lasted about 8 weeks and now a constant tickling sensation in my chest, under and on either side of the breast bone. I also sometimes feel a tightness in my chest, not pressure or pain but discomfort, hard to explain.
The post--nasal drip is constant and annoying as well as the ticklish feeling.
I went to one doctor and he thinks allergies but I don't know-what could I be allergic to in the middle of the desert?

for the past 5 months on and off i have suffered from dry sores on the corners of my mouth after a while using cold sore lip cream it goes but then soon returns, its not contagious and not very painful but itchy and easy spreads and splits when i yawn !
