It is an incapacitating pain and even after the sharp pain leaves there is a dull pain that lingers. I thought that this pain was due to a really bad chest cold that I had suffered from but now that I am all cleared up the pain still comes at random times at least once a day.

If I am right, you should quickly be feeling normal again. If the symptom of shortness of breath or chest tightness recurs, you should see your primary physician for further evaluation. That it doesn’t bother you anymore when you work out is a good sign.

Like my heart is having hiccups or something is stuck. I have no clue what it is I’m scared but can’t afford the doctor. Could this be bronchitis!?

however, in my case, it was due to chest congestion such as a cold, bronchitis, pneumonia, allergy, etc. After a complete and full recovery the tickley/itchy feeling would eventually deminish over a little time. Could it be possible that this may be the cause for you, as well? My fingers and toes are cold. It mostly affected my pinky, but for example, right now my pinky is fine and my middle finger is tingly/numb and the sole of my right foot is tingly/burny. At times it is the palms of my hands or soles of my feet. Over the past day I've begun to feel itchy on my legs, chest and scrotum. I understand much of this may be due to stress/anxiety (though this has subsided some), poor sleep, or psychosomaticism.

re having a hard time breathing you should seek medical attention. Do you have a cold? Maybe a chest infection? Depending on how far along you are it could just be a normal symptom of pregnancy, but its always better to be safe!
