733930 tn?1286571409 ve never heard that decaf was bad either, but if you are truly concerned about it or want to try something new, there is something called Teeccino. You can find it at a natural foods store. You brew it just like you would coffee, and it comes in different flavors, mocha, hazelnut, etc. And it contains no coffee beans!! It's an herbal mixture and I think it tastes great. If you tried it, I don't even think you could tell there were no coffee beans in it.
Avatar f tn In my limited experience, it depends on what is causing your tachycardia, and what your tachycardia is. Morning coffee might just speed your heart rate, or it could leave you more likely to experience tachycardia, or exacerbate your anxiety troubles. What is it about your coffee that your Love, I wonder? If it is taste, and a little zing, you could always try decaf, or maybe mix 1/2 decaf with 1/2 regular, and limit your intake.
Avatar f tn "WHO DOES WHAT" A man and his wife were having an argument about who should brew the coffee each morning. The wife said, "You should do it, because you get up first, and then we don't have to wait as long get our coffee." The husband said, "You are in charge of cooking around here and you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee.
730826 tn?1317943334 Caffeine and coffee are often listed in many name brand cellulite products. Brew a pot of coffee, and take the left over grounds and rub them on the cellulite while they are fresh and warm. Wrap the area and coffee grounds in plastic wrap. Once that is done, prepare an area with newspaper to massage the coffee grounds into the cellulite. After you have done that for a few minutes, wrap in plastic wrap and leave in place for about 30 minutes.
Avatar f tn t recommend drinking caffeined sodas and coffee all day...but if your drinking enough wster as weel, some caeffine can be good for yoi. including Tylenol with caffine.
Avatar f tn My suggestion would be to make some at home, with decaf coffee. Just brew a pot and keep it in the fridge, then add your milk/cream/sugar yourself, that way you can know for sure what is in your cup. A pot of cooled coffee can be kept for two days, especially if you're just going to add sugar.
Avatar f tn Lol well baby is now 10 months old and Im expecting again and this time I cant drink any hot drinks or cold coffee either. Bah! Whaaaa!!
Avatar f tn Well I drink a cup every morning and then a soda sometimes. I always have and I did when I was pregnant with my daughter too. I'm almost 37 weeks so I think it'll be okay. The coffee I brew at home isn't decaf but I should totally get it since caffeinated coffee doesn't wake me up anyways. Once I have my baby boy I really want to start exercising and just healthier in general. But I don't know if I could actually ever give up coffee.
4185349 tn?1352014736 I boil hot water on the stove, put a tea bag in a regular coffee mug, pour the water over the bag and let it brew about 5 min. add sugar Then I pour it in a cup full of ice. If you would prefer it hot just keep it in the mug.
Avatar f tn So my doctor told me I need to cut out the caffeine immediately the other day at my appointment. I usually drink a couple cups of dark brew coffee and about 8 cups of green tea everyday for the past few years. I am a student and I heavily rely on the caffeine to get me into focus and past exhaustion; I have never approached a paper without a cup of coffee. Yesterday I felt like I was dying!
Avatar f tn No ur fine just limit ur caffeine intake to 200mg a day MAX I keep a big jug of lipton cold brew decaf tea in my fridge at all times something to try see it u likw it the same (my hubs won't touch it and he loves tea so win win for me)
4065534 tn?1400548736 I believe this is an effect of the caffeine byproduct in the drink (if you brew your own you can minimize the amount of caffeine by boiling the tea bags first for close to a minute and then using those tea bags after squeezing them out for your brew for the kombucha). This, at least for me, is because caffeine (in excess over time) can cause adrenal fatigue which in turn can cause hypothyroid.
Avatar f tn You can have 2 cups I think a day just don't have too much xx
941118 tn?1312281926 were you drinking any decaf coffee before starting the iced coffee drinks? were you experiencing pvcs then as well? perhaps it is the increase in decaf coffee now that the warm weather seems to have arrived. mine have a mind of their own and I have no idea what triggers them from one day to the next.
230262 tn?1316645934 ) I bought one not too long ago and have been really happy with it! George usually picks up my coffee for me when he goes to the Super Wal Mart that is next to his work, I definitely prefer Starbucks over any other kinds he's brought home for me, but lately I've been having a couple different kinds of the Wolfgang Puck brand and it's pretty good! :) I love coffee, I make a least 2 pots a day with my Mr. Coffee that my sister in law got me 2 years ago for Christmas (it works great)!
535822 tn?1443976780 Insomnia , rinse a wash cloth in cold water then place it on your abdomen Asian Medicine says it pulls energy from your head to your Torso ..Raw Potatoes soothe minor burns ...Ginger for Nausea...I bet you guys know a few more olde remedies.....
Avatar f tn This may have been unrelated, but one day around my 29th week I was craving a cup of coffee and two days later I ended up in the hospital with a bleed. I have placenta previa so bleeding can be extremely serious. They monitored the baby's heart and it was fine. I was discharged went out and had a root beer. Again, not the norm for me. The next day I had a routine ob appt, and the baby's heart beat was irregular.
Avatar f tn This post will probably result in a lot of different thoughts... I'm also diagnosed with Barrett's Esophagus, and my diagnosis was based on scars on my vocal chords as well as erosion of tooth enamel. I think the fact that you are getting a second opinion makes very good sense, you have two doctors with different approaches and a third opinion will help you sort it all out. Barrett's Esophagus leads to full-blown cancer in only about 4% of cases, from what I've read.
Avatar m tn t have to worry over this -- just brew the teabag. I doubt anyone knows how much to drink, as your body can only assimilate so much of anything during the day without just evacuating it, and if you drink ten cups a day, you will be spending quite a bit of time at the toilet evacuating. Rely more on a varied diet of colored vegetables, and fruits such as red grapes and blueberries and you will get an array of antioxidants. No one will do it alone. Peace.

Avatar m tn I doubt that the past smoking is the source of your current heart rhythm problems. In the USA too much coffee is more likely to be a problem than too much tea, but in either case I think moderation is a good practice I don't believe it is necessary to stop drinking tea/coffee altogether, but a non-caffeine brew may be best. I suffer from AFib and don't seem to have any aggravation of this problem from having a couple of caffeine drinks a day (coffee and tea).
