No ur fine just limit ur caffeine intake to 200mg a day MAX I keep a big jug of lipton cold brew decaf tea in my fridge at all times something to try see it u likw it the same (my hubs won't touch it and he loves tea so win win for me)

The only thing my doctor said I could take when I had a cold was tylenol. I basically has to sweat the cold out and was miserable for almost two weeks. However vices vapor rub helps a soothes. Home remedy tea; half red onion, half an apple, lots of ginger, slice of orange and of lemon. Let that brew with lots of water.. add an little honey and pop a cough drop in the hot tea. Sounds nasty but not too bad and it helps!

Phenergan, zofran, ginger, something with not a whole lot of flavor, ******* pops, sipping on ice cold water, sucking on ice, etc.. You can also do a treatment with black tea bags- brew two bags of tea, take the bags and put them in the refrigerator for an hour, then apply the cold tea bags to your eyes for about 20 minutes. My husband is on his 3rd attempt of quitting his addiction to percocet - cold turkey. Can it be done? I really think that he should seek professional help since it is his 3rd try. He's been addicted for many yrs. I've been by his side with his flu like symptoms with each of his attempts of withdrawal but he creeps back into it. I know when he's on them - crazy behaviour, sweats, talking in his sleep, itchiness they go on and on.

hey have been taking suboxone for quite a bit at least a year and about 1 a day 8mg and decided to stop cold turkey due to the fact it is ruining my relationship with my wife and family who are way more important, what can I do to help with the worst of it which to me is the insomnia, restless legs, and fatigue, have to work. Well, just to show you guys and gals starting to get clean that it's not always roses....I feel like total **** today. Omg so I'm not crazy! My bf, neighbors, anyone who comes in my house says it's cold. I constantly feel like I'm ab to have a heat stroke bc I'm so hot. I hate hen people come over bc then I can't sit around in just my undies lol. And I totally get what you mean ab the GA heat. At what dosage did you go off? Did you taper or go cold turkey? Give us some more info and we can help better. I will answer that the bouncy, wavy effect you mention is a withdrawal symptom with about 100 more for benzos alone.

I have had GA for over 20 years. Outta nowhere, for no apparent reason, I got a few, we treated them with cortizone injections and they went away only to be replaced with new ones. I have never had any on my face but they show up constantly. Rarely do they itch but they are ugly. I have tried the creams and they are useless in my case.
