Avatar f tn Watch out for withdrawal headaches if you're used to your coffee and stop suddenly you can get a nasty one for a few days. On top of that, pregnancy can also cause migraines, and a little caffeine can help in a pinch; it's an active ingredient in migraine meds (which you CAN'T take). Just make sure you're also drinking lots and lots of water.

Avatar f tn Have you tried coffee? Being constipated is alot worse on your body than drinking coffee. Also, warm water, hot tea, herbal teas, spicy foods, pretty much anything that'll loosen your stool. Prune juice is always the #1 thing. I hate it though, so i mix it! Half a cup of prune juice and half a cup of white cran-strawberry juice, chilled. It's delicious! And it works magic!
