But it's hard to say since diet is very complicated, and you don't say how soon after eating you laid down. Chamomile is a good stomach relaxant and anti-inflammatory, perhaps try some of that instead of the coffee, milk, and sugar and see how you do, assuming you don't need the coffee to stay awake.

Panda I used to walk on my breaks where I worked several years ago, but since I got let go, I just can't seem to get back into the routine. I'm a yo-yo dieter and am constantly trying to lose weight. I have found that whether or not I drink coffee, the symptoms remain. Another bit of history that I have not revealed is that I am a Gulf War veteran and was in Saudi Arabia / Kuwait / Iraq throughout a one year period.
Avatar f tn ve been trying to eat healthy and I have shrimp salads or chicken salads for dinner, breakfast is usually kix cereal or honey nut cherios with a banana and coffee. For lunch just have a sandwich on a healthy bread and use mustard instead of mayo. For snacks I enjoy fruit , pretzels, yogurt, rice cakes, or carrots. Avatar f tn Ive used green coffee it works temporarily as it helps move the bowels. A better long term strategy would be increasing non starchy fibre. I prefer green tea of green coffee as it booats metabolism.

I know having a little caffeine is not bad and I have a soda every now and then but I've never had caffeinated coffee during any of my pregnancies. What do y'all think?
Avatar f tn I dont drink fizzy/ sugary juice. Gave up sugar in coffee. Stopped the full fat milk.i drink between 6-8 glasses of water a day and green tea. Not eating any red meats only fish and chicken. I have been swimming 4 times a week also for an hour. Please has anyone got any advice.
Avatar n tn I dont drink coffee, but I do know that it's a stimulant, which increases metabolism...including the digestive system. Have you always had this prob, or has it been just the past year? If it's just recently began, it may a prob with your gallbladder/liver.

Avatar f tn some ways to raise metabolism are drinking green tea, coffee, and just working out, each time you go for a run your metabolism will rise a little. also start doing lunges and squats will work your bum and legs. walking is also really good. i was 82kg with the same butt and thigh problem i walked 1 hour everyday for 2 years and got down to 55kg. went from a size 14 to a size 8 and yes my butt looks a hell of a lot better!
Avatar f tn I eat so much fruit every day, actually I mostly eat fruits and veggies drink only water and cup of coffee in the morning and exercise every day and still cant poop lol. Its one of those things during pregnancy. I had slow metabolism before but but having a coffee and a cigarette in the morning used to help. Now no cigarettes and no poop.
