It sounds like you're having digestion problems. The most problematic of the foods you mention generally are first, the milk, second, the sugar, and third the coffee. But it's hard to say since diet is very complicated, and you don't say how soon after eating you laid down. Chamomile is a good stomach relaxant and anti-inflammatory, perhaps try some of that instead of the coffee, milk, and sugar and see how you do, assuming you don't need the coffee to stay awake.
I strongly considered leaving my job early in my pregnancy. But the benefits, including my excellent health insurance that has covered almost every prenatal care expense with no copays, was worth sticking around for.

my girlfriend myself and a family member went to fill out employment applications i left them alone at a near by coffee shop i came back twenty to thirty minutes later they was'nt there i went back to get my compleation letter walked back across the parking lot and to my suprise they were there, But the thing that bothers me most they swear they never left the coffee shop and im making the whole thing up.
I have been offered a job in an Illinois Hospital as a Respiratory Therapist. I was told that this hospital's policy states that the HEP B vaccination is contingent on my employment. I asked for the waiver form and was told that there isn't one. Illinois law allows exemptions to vaccinations based on religious and medical reasons. I have explained this exemption to human resources but they seem at a total loss as to honor my request.

If all that fails do you have a workers union in your country we have a group of people dedicated to protecting workers rights. Someone like that may help or even try getting advice from a lawyer if there is none of this in your country. I hope things work out for you. This extra stress doesn't help I'm sure.

I hope you're not suggesting that you're better smoking cigarettes with coffee if you want slower fibrotic progression. Actually tobacco studies show the opposite, i.e. cigarettes accelerate fibrosis.
