I hear people talking about eating all the fat you want and losing weight
. I am very small (lost tons of weight
before the surgery and after), so I don't have anything to lose really. However, if some fat in the diet will help me, it's worth a shot.
Is the focus more on protein than fat? Or just the fact that meat, salmon etc., contain fat and it's okay to have them? Are you avoiding all breads, pasta, rice and potatoes? I live on whole wheat pasta and rice at the moment (and sweet potatoes).
