Common Questions and Answers about Coffee enema lose weight

coffee

Okay i know caffeine dehydrates you to a certain extent and coffee and tea are both diaretics.. but i read recently that high intakes of caffeine helps you lose weight? I also read some figure of dubious reliability saying it increases your metabolic rate by 105% I dont want to lose weight i am very very thin, im ectomorphic and i can lose 6 pounds over 24 hours because my thyroid doesnt work properly. So i guess im asking is drinking a lot of coffee really making things much worse?
I think u just have to be careful and do it sensible and know ur not gonna lose major weight but because it helps you not be constipated etc this prob helps. The people from that health farm felt better and looked happier. Even if u dont really believe it works, if the person doing it believes it works and therefore feels better I think theres a benefit to it. Although my dr said she didnt think so, but everyone has their opinion.
I would say that it is a 50/50 chance whether you would lose weight in the long run as the product wasn't designed as a weight loss product. (but I'm not a doctor so your dr. might be able to tell you what to expect).
What I have found is that in some people, undiagnosed celiac will cause them to lose weight and for others, they gain weight. If you not familiar with what celiac is, its an allergy to gluten (wheat, barley, rye, etc.). If you have this and eat anything with gluten, you kill off the villi in your intestines which cause you bosy not to absord any nutrients - therefore causing many other health issues.
By the way - just by giving up drinking that much soda you will start to lose weight!! Keep it up!!! I hope things get moving soon!

As an O+ bloodgroup person went onto the bloodgroup diet eating only the highly beneficial foods - used a top class Acidophilis taking three times the recommended dosage three times a day. For the first week I did a coffee enema each day to eliminate the toxins or die off process to help me shift throught the cleaninsg reaction. It was of great help to me.
It is still more weight lose than most diets. Well I am still in phase 1. Day 27, total loss 28.5lbs. I had two cheat days which set me back 3-4 days each time. Still not bad though. I will be on phase 1 for 44 days. I am going to start injections on Oct. 20. My granddaughters 2nd birthday party. So I will get to have cake and ice cream on my gorge days! I sure hated to wait so long to start injections(especially since I have all my stuff now) Have a good day to you all!
I finally put together a meal plan for today based on weight. A large handful is much too vague. So, hopefully, I'll lose more tomorrow. Keep up the good work guys.
I would think you would lose all the weight from that alone ? I heard something about HCG side effects could possibly be tumors. That is very scarey for me. I am totally lost here ? can someone explain all this to me haha. What is the KT diet, protocol? Huh?
Yeah thats how I looked too. I tried to lose weight and it made me look even bigger, thats why I went to the doctor and they found it. I had to have a laparotomy because it was so big (volleyball size) it was behind my belly button so they could not go in through there. I was scared to but the surgery was not as bad as I thought it would be and it will make you feel tons better. Good luck!
Weight loss is a "VERY" ~COMMON symptom of Opioid Withdrawal,If one is over weight they could possibly take advantage of this effect, alternating between Opioid mis/use and Withdrawal,to maintain their desired weight, although I am myself currently 185cm(6ft,1.75inch)Tall and weigh 72kg,I am not currently Addicted NOR Dependant(Psychological or Physical)on Opioids, but when Withdrawing from a Heroin Binge or whatever,I drop to around 60kg.
None of us mentioned we are probably a little over weight! Tomarrow I am getting an exercise bike and going to lose 30 lbs. I will let you know what the results are. Thanks for all of your comments it has surely saved me money,,,at least for now.
Go to a professional dietician and get a diet chart with 500 cals less than required for your age and height and also do whatever exercise you are comfortable in and you will lose weight. Once you lose weight your back problem will slowly disappear and please also wear comfortable clothing. Take care!
My doc is looking at diverticulitus, but my pain is in upper right quadrant, not the usual place for this. I know he's going to try barium enema next. Should I push for a hidascan? Other things I should ask about? I'm also concerned about potential for malignancies. I smoked for 10 years and quit 5 years ago. I haven't had any symptoms of lung cancer such as blood, or coughing - never the less, my body feels "funny". It's hard to describe.
I had the surgery in December of 08 and was doing well, have lost 104 pounds and wan't to lose 40 more to reach my goal weight, but I intended on losing it by eating small meals. However, approximately 2 weeks now, I can't seem to eat anything or drink - except luke warm water. I have the stabbing in the upper stomach soo bad that thinking about eating makes my stomach begin to hurt instantly. No joke, and it's not mental.
I did find that when I have my morning coffee, it does get things moving, so if I need to go somewhere, I usually have a coffee first so I can go to the bathroom before I leave. I had to kick my niece out of the bathroom this morning as I really had to go and knew that I would not be able to hold it. I felt bad for her but she did understand. I hope that you get this figured out and under control soon. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Please be careful going cold turkey with your meds.
Since I've made so many dramatic changes for the better in my diet and discovered so many food allergies and lost a lot of weight, I haven't had the strange burning sensation on my thighs, and I don't get nearly the dramatic neuropathy that I used to get. I never knew about the B vitamins or folic acid connection, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm still deficient, since I was found to be severely vitamin D deficient.
It can disrupt nights out with my friends when I suddenly feel incredibly sick or my stomach is upset. Frustratingly doctors seem to lose interest in finding out what's wrong now that they know it's nothing serious, but I long for the days when I didn't worry about what my stomach was doing or how I was feeling. Can anyone help or does anybody else suffer from similar symptoms? Furthermore does anybody have a cure for nausea that really works?
in my blood and body that was causing my severe acne, weight gain, mood swings, bad periods...everything. I am hoping my face clears up and I can easily lose weight now. I cannot wait to have blood work (endocrinology-hormone wise) done again to see if I am actually normal. I hope my comment helps someone because if you had any symptoms I had, call your doctor! Do not wait! It is better to be safe than sorry!
Hi. First let me say good luck with your upcoming surgery. Are you having the exact same surgery? Do you mind me asking why? Well I had 2 fun filled days of prep, just to make sure I was clean because in the past those lovely gallon drinks of junk did not work. So I spent the first day at home and the 2nd in the hospital on more special drinks etc... to help make sure I was a clean as could be. The was just the beginning of the fun. I want to first say that everyones surgery is different.
I will treat this for the next 2 months just to be certain. IF NOTHING ELSE USE THE CLOVE OIL TO STOP THE ITCH. What do you have to lose? Everything can be bought on Amazon. Don't forget to spray your keyboard with ERADICATOR..
I spoke to the instructor mentioning that I was not interested in weight training and i just wanted to lose weight. I did the usual running and cycling. After that he made me to do a series of floor exercises which exerts ur stomach. The ones where u lift ur legs moving up and down and I pushed myself so much on the first day that its been 3 days now and i am in extreme pain in my stomach region.
It's hideous. I lose at least one day of work because of it and sometimes 2 days. I have to stay in bed. Any movement at all makes me nauseous. I am relieved however to find that others are having the same symptoms. At least I don't feel crazy on top of being sick. If anyone has any information at all, please e-mail me at ***@**** Thanks. And I hope we all feel better soon.
Liver enzyme's are up a bit which probably account's for the bit of itching and water retention.. Not bad at all.. Managing fluid with Lasix aka. furosemide. Could also be from drinking coffee. Switched to tea and honey awhile ago which work's well. ( mostly green tea) Had a hankerin for some coffee. Bad move. For some reason the coffee change's everything up inside. Create's too much acid which in turn does this which does that . Domino effect. It take's awhile to balance it back out again.
Adopting the new way of eating was a detox on its own as I have done this gradualy over a period of 7 months now as I needed to be able to still continue my work and my volunteering work - I did have die off symptoms - these were bad the first month - but now have learnt how to deal with the die off over weekends - doing a coffee enema once in two weeks also helps a lot as the coffee extracts a lot of toxins from the liver.
They did do Upper GI and a Barium Enema. The only thing they were able to find was GERD and a slight hiatal hernia. The pain has gotten worse and I am hoping that they will do an endoscopy on me to see what is causing my pain. I have two children. One 10 and my youngest, 2. I'm nervous as to the results after my visit. From what I have read, there is not a very big percentage of persons diagnosed with Barrett's to actually become cancerous.
It tastes good and can be bought at a natural foods store and even supermarkets now. I put it in tea and coffee and think it tastes good, but some people don't like it, so try it first (it's kind of expensive).
