Its being like an ages now, I am facing chronic constipation in which the only problem with me is unsatisfactory stools daily . I eat vegetarian
diet being from northern part of india, i eat wheat chapathi and home made vegetables containing enough vitamins and minerals,, needed for my body and alos have curd in my lunch diet. In the mrning i drink enough of water usually warm . And after lunch i eat usually fibre diet like legumes, beans and one cucumber during post lunch .
