Coffee enema and weight loss

Common Questions and Answers about Coffee enema and weight loss

coffee

Avatar n tn Coffee should never be used an enema... perhaps you aren't familiar with an enema... you need to discuss this with your doctor. It's not a good weight loss option and I would not trust any doctor who recommended it for weight loss. Eating a healthy diet, with moderate exercise is the best way to lose weight.
Avatar f tn Hi all. I am about to start my weight loss prog. Is it true about coffee? I dont drink alcohol but do drink about 20 cup's of coffee a day.
Avatar n tn You purchase a standard enema set from the drug store and substitute coffee instead of water. Remember that coffee contains caffeine and it will be readily absorbed in the mucosa, causing ventricular irritability. A single coffee enema can be the equivelent of drinking ten cups of coffee. It is a protocol of dubious value.

Avatar m tn Basically I've heard of 3 pretty decent weight loss helpers. Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, and a newer one called Garcinia Cambogia. What I am wondering is would you lose weight faster if you took all 3 or would it be bad for the person taking them? Kind of taking 3 different meds that you shouldn't at the same time. Even though these are supposed to be Natural. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Avatar f tn constipation is common but have you tried a cup of coffee or pieces of chocolate? I know it's caffeine but it helps my metabolism when I am really hurting!
Avatar f tn My parents and I have been doing it over the past few months. We boil coffee to do enema with enema buckets that we have already. The reason I started doing it is because of constant fatigue, always feeling tired and of course, my bowel movements are not so constant. After the first time doing, I felt some improvement. After each time I do enema I feel better and better. Until the last few times I did I start to have this pain I mentioned, which worries me.
518117 tn?1429276273 Big appetite and no constipation problems. Then, that changed last week. Just went to the vet and bought a $30 enema. Me and my daughter gave it to her several hours ago. So far, some seepage, but no bowel movement. She is straining and trying to go. We are out of options. Cannot afford to take her to the vet anymore. Already spent several thousand on her. And it is not the money that is an issue. I would gladly spend the money on her. We just do not have it. Can't afford another $30 enema.
Avatar f tn I have IBS, general pregnancy constipation and constipation as a side effect from the medication I am on for my Hyperemesis. I'm 38 weeks and this has been an issue my entire pregnancy. I've tried it ALL and nothing worked. I was even rushed to the hospital after not being able to go for 14 DAYS!!! Per the doctor and my home care nurse, I have to give myself an enema every 3 days and that's been Heaven sent. It's a Fleet Saline Enema and it's safe!

Avatar f tn t going to lose weight unless you work hard at it. I suggest you talk to your doctor and see what kind of weight-loss plan you can devise. Also, one form of exercise that does chip off the weight slowly but surely, is walking. If workouts are too much or too hard to keep up, try building a walking pattern into every day. (Park further from your work or school and walk the difference, etc.) Or just walk every night.

(Impatience is a big flaw of mine) Should I do less of weight trainings? ( i train crossfit 5x a week). Do I need green coffee or something like that?
