coffee addiction quiz

Is there anyone in tge Brampton Ontario area who may want to go have a coffee, I could really use someone to talk to this is so hard....

So I'm not a smoker, a drinker or a drug user like at all but I have recently taken up an iced coffee addiction and I was wondering if it's really bad to drink a glass once a day? I do have a weakness for soda however because my iced coffee addiction is more important I've substituted that for juice so I can have my iced coffee so I don't feel too guilty about all the caffeine. And what's worse is I hate drinking water.... I know I have to but it's so hard. Any advice?

I am exactly the same I loved coffee but in the beginning i felt sick constantly and coffee made me worse I havnt touched coffee since and I'm 17 weeks now

The addiction and cause of the headaches (when you stop the Excedrin) is probably the caffeine. Two Excedrin Migraine have 130 mg of caffeine, which is more than a McDonald's small coffee. I'm considering taking Excedrin -- instead of drinking coffee (because coffee upsets my stomach and Excedrin doesn't).

Depends on who you talked to. I quit but many ob's say that in moderation coffee is OK.

Yes I am looking to get off of them all together......forever and ever....no more...I feel have not been real for years....and what I mean by real is , I have this weakness....only big weakness an it's taken over my life.....I have a bottle of 200 in my purse right now and I have been up since 4 am.....had a death in the family , couldn't sleep and had a headache....first thing I did was pull out the bottle and make a coffee.....it's such a habit as well as a dependancy now...

Did anyone who sucessfully quit have to give up your coffee because it made you want that cigarette? What did you replace it with?

In my efforts to get and stay clean from my pill addiction I told my kids of my addiction early on in my recovery.. I did this so they are 1) aware of the dangers of drugs 2) I felt it necessary from an accountability stand point.... At the time it was awkward but in retrospect it was a great decision on my part.. I only told them what a 9yr old and 11 yr old needed to know, so they can witness the positive changes in me and know why...

well I know the NOS drinks really helped me going through wd's. I never got into them before........ I drink coffee too,on top of it, in the morning then the NOS durring the afternoons. so that was a boatload of caffine. but at that time, man I was going through some major 'done wd's, so anything at all to help...... but after two months or longer, I felt I was addicted to them. I was feeling much better, and just stopped going to the store where I got them.

I would like some input on if it is ok to drink a small cup of decaf coffee once in a while or should I just continue to avoid coffee all together?

I haven't tried it. I took the Old Wive's Tale quiz and it said I was having a girl but some of the questions are really silly. Like the pillow to the north or south. My pillow is to the East. How do I answer that question? Can't. And like, the shape of my belly....oh I don't know that one I barely have a belly lol. So I could not take advantage of that quiz even though it is just a quiz. But, I did it just for fun. I'll have to try the Chinese calendar.

You can use the addiction tracker for smoking. I use one for coffee and one for alcohol. I've seen others use it for smoking.

I am seriously considering suing for my addiction to colas. This is a serious problem no one really addresses. I am also interested in starting some kind of self help group that focuses only on cola addiction.

I'm a 13 year old girl and I really am starting to believe I have depression. I cry every night over things that happened forever ago and don't even matter anymore. I took a quiz and it said somewhere about 94% positive I was depressed I have also taken a quiz and it said I was bipolar and that I have a mental illness causing me to have multiple personalities.

I have done this whole pregnancy! I dont drink coffee I always have a green tea! so I try to keep my caffine intake down. which I have, I dont see coke a day would be harmful I atleasf have 2 a day Max and im sweet az :) but ask your docter definatly!
