This process is not immediate and will happen some time in the near future. My inane and not so inane jokes will continue. The main reason that I have made this entry is in order to say that addiction is not the only thing that can disrupt everyday living. No matter were you go there is someone undergoing a change to their lives. The main thing is not to allow addiction, cancer or whatever to knock you down. There is always a tomorrow for all of us. We just have to reach out and grab it.
Is there anyone in tge Brampton Ontario area who may want to go have a coffee, I could really use someone to talk to this is so hard....
So I'm not a smoker, a drinker or a drug user like at all but I have recently taken up an iced coffee addiction and I was wondering if it's really bad to drink a glass once a day? I do have a weakness for soda however because my iced coffee addiction is more important I've substituted that for juice so I can have my iced coffee so I don't feel too guilty about all the caffeine. And what's worse is I hate drinking water.... I know I have to but it's so hard. Any advice?
I do know that this is a principle of breaking the cycle of addiction, regardless of the addiction. People with drug or alcohol addictions must seek association with people not involved with this addiction. People who had once been in trouble as a minor with a bad crowd, must seek new and better associations if they want to break from the trouble they had gotten into as a youth.
When you are with people who might only "occasionally" make lewd or dirty sex jokes.

The addiction and cause of the headaches (when you stop the Excedrin) is probably the caffeine. Two Excedrin Migraine have 130 mg of caffeine, which is more than a McDonald's small coffee.
I'm considering taking Excedrin -- instead of drinking coffee (because coffee upsets my stomach and Excedrin doesn't).
Not having run the gamut of extreme addiction I could only offer words of encouragement which I hoped would help. I have added humor as well as encuoragement. Humour to bring a laugh or two to break some of the bleakness and loneliness that is felt here at times and encouragement so that giving up is not the only option. This sounds as if I am leaving, that is not so.

Did anyone who sucessfully quit have to give up your coffee because it made you want that cigarette? What did you replace it with?
well I know the NOS drinks really helped me going through wd's. I never got into them before........ I drink coffee too,on top of it, in the morning then the NOS durring the afternoons. so that was a boatload of caffine. but at that time, man I was going through some major 'done wd's, so anything at all to help......
but after two months or longer, I felt I was addicted to them. I was feeling much better, and just stopped going to the store where I got them.
I am seriously considering suing for my addiction to colas. This is a serious problem no one really addresses. I am also interested in starting some kind of self help group that focuses only on cola addiction.
I know it's good to have a sense of humor ...but I'm honestly sick of the pregnancy jokes already! Maybe it's because I work around a lot of employees plus I work with the public so it's pretty much constant but I'm so annoyed already and I'm only 27 weeks !!
Does anyone else get offended by jokes that people always make about STDs, particularly herpes? Since I just got diagnosed with herpes I find them very offensive now. My question is should I be offended? And why do people find herpes so funny?
I have done this whole pregnancy! I dont drink coffee I always have a green tea! so I try to keep my caffine intake down. which I have, I dont see coke a day would be harmful I atleasf have 2 a day Max and im sweet az :) but ask your docter definatly!
