Tomorrow I am starting a 2 week detox program, which includes eliminating from my diet white refined sugar, caffeine (except from green tea), milk and dairy (except eggs) and wheat (maybe there is more, but that's all I remember). And then I add more healthful
foods, more water, exercise at least 20 min a day, etc.
CONDITION [4 out of 10 rating]
Woke up, had chills, felt weak, & boyfriend felt the same.
No pains today, yippie.
