Im 75 year old. .My cardio prescribed Deplatt Cv (Ecosprin 75 mg,Atorvostatin 10 mg, and clopidogrel 75 mg and I am taking since May this year. Actually i was diagnosed with Transient Ischemea in the year 1977. I have taken intially for about 35 years ASA 50 (Acityle saclyilic acid) and then from 2005 to 2017 april , Ecosprin AV 75 mg. Now I am taking Deplatt cv .
Another doctor recommended sertagress - 25 (Sertaline HCL 25 mg) and Ativan 1 mg (lorazepam 1 mg) tablets which I took for 6 months
but they were not helping, had nasty side effects and I still had sleep issues, thus I tapered them off over 3 months.
I am no longer taking sertagress or any sleep medicine.

Regarding her bleeding ulcers, why don’t you suggest coated aspirin tablets and clopidogrel tablets to the doctors? It’s much easier to control the bleeding time with these drugs than with Warfarin, which also causes osteoporosis.
Since her oxygen level drops to 78, it’s crucial that she stays on oxygen, since the lack of oxygen will affect her brain before any other organ. It’s a life saving factor and not a comfort process.
However, causes should be looked for this low oxygen level.

0.75mcg is not the same as 0.75mg. 1 microgram (mcg) = 0.001 milligrams (mg). 75 mcg = 0.075 mg.

What factors should be closely monitored, pulse rate low(how much?). My present pulse rate is 70-75 bpm 60% time, 75-80 bpm 20% time and 80-90 bpm 20% time during 24 hrs. My bp is consistant 105-110/70-75? Other physical conditions and symptoms required to be monitored?? What are indication of worsening situation?

When the dose increased to two tablets of 0.05 mg a day, I developed allergic reaction (severe rashes over body, confirmed drug allergy by dermatologist).
Now I am on Armour. If I take 60 mg, my BP is ~130 mmHg systolic and ~85 diastolic, and resting HR is ~75 bpm with visible water retention on face. I also have puffy eyes since I became hypo. Water retention makes it worse.
If I take 68 mg, resting BP is ~110 systolic and ~75 diastolic with improved water retention.
As you live in the US, then look for the USP (US Pharmacopeia) verified label. The currently accepted standard for USP is that the tablets must dissolve within 15 to 30 minutes of being in the stomach. The chewable gummy vitamins sounds like it would be effective as you are breaking it down before swallowing.
