Ive only heard of proton pump inhibitors reducing the effect of Clopidogrel (plavix) but only by a tiny amount. I do have to question though if Zantac is a proton pump inhibitor anyway? Isn't it just a H2 receptor blocker?

Hello; I have got one coronary DES stent implanted since two month ago ("Endeavor RESOLUTE RX"). I am on clopidogrel, aspirin, atorvastatin, carvedilol, enalapril and pantoprazol. Fearing about scars growing inside the stent's mesh, I have read that some people recommend vitamin E for cosmetic appearance of scars; well, my question is: Could vitamin E be of some help for preventing "in-stent restenosis"? Is it worth trying? Thanks!
I just suffered a mild NSTEMI last week. I am resting, eating correctly, and becoming extremely bored. I have no information on what I can do physically during this six weeks of resting. Any information will be appreciated. I am physically fit, accustomed to walking at high altitudes, and being very active in retirement. This heart attack resulted from extreme stress which was compounded in the past two months.
