i recently underwent a knee ortroscopy under spinal anaesthesia and have spinal headache. if i dont go for spinal blood patch for relief, how long will it take to go away?its been three four days and it hasnt improved.i keep lying in bed and its ok, and once im up on my feet it comes back followed by nausea.

It sounds like, from your description, that you might have vestibular problems such as Oscillopsia. Oscillopsia is a vestibular condition that causes "jumping eyes.
So, if your wife does not want a general anaesthesia, she can opt for a regional or epidural or a spinal anaesthesia. If a local anesthetic has been used, there may be no pain at all immediately after the procedure.

My guess would be that if the anaesthetic was administered by a dental
surgeon, and not an anaesthesiologist, then that by itself could be the root of your issue. His/her training and experience in anaesthesia as a dental surgeon is limited.
