I have had an itchy anus and vagina for about a month, it doesn't seem to be getting better. I can't walk, I can't sleep and it hurts so much. I am currently taking dalacin clindamycin phosphate but it has not helped at all. What is this? What can I do?

Two months ago an itch began on the interior of my left thigh while wearing compression shorts at the gym. (I understand sometimes information may lead a doctor in the wrong direction, but it's worth noting I workout 4 times a week, and sometimes I wear my gym clothes on back-to-back days.
Other than that other treatment options are clindamycin topical treatment, topical steroids, oral antibiotics and metronidazole cream. Treatment should be continued for several weeks. If this is unsuccessful then the other treatments mentioned above may be tried.

I have been to a dermatologist last month and she simply said it is related to friction and moisture at the genital locations and prescribed me a clindamycin phosphate topical gel. Although I have used it regularly for a week, twice a day, the bumps are still there and didnt seem to heal. I was wondering what these bumps could be and what should be my next step to get rid of them.
P.S. As I regularly get tested for panel STDs, I know that I am STD free..
Im 22 years old in my forehead and all around in face have lot of marks,acne. I went to a Dermatologist and he recommended to use fashbar soap,dezor shampoo,adapalene & clindamycin phosphate gel and take 1 capsule of minolin 100mg but now my face is burning and get lot of oily also still there is no results to that marks and acnes what can I do now pls answer me?

I went to a Dermatologist and he recommended me to use adapalene & clindamycin phosphate gel but now my face gets burning sensation and has got shine wherever I used that product. also the pimples which I had is turning into some kind of mark. I discontinued using after 10 days. Will it be proper by itself?

My doctor just called me last night and told me I tested positive for herpes, but asked how I was doing and I said I was still taking the clindamycin phosphate that she had prescribed and she said no don't take that yet, but I already started it... Should I continue use? I am so confused and I still have to schedule a follow up appt. to try and understand all of this. Please help!
Topical Terbinafine cream did not help doctor is treating with Ketoconazole 2% shampoo and topical Clindamycin 1%. I may be noticing a 10% increase in my normal gray follicles at two weeks treatment. I would love to send a picture.
I have the exact same problem. The dermatologist prescribed first a clindamycin phosphate topical cream, that did not work. Then he prescribed clidamycin/peroxide cream and a face wash, that only dry my skin and did not help at all. A second dermatologist prescribed some safe antibiotics (keflex 500 mg twice daily) and azaleic acid cream. I start taking this and it finally help with my terrible acne. I have acne in my back, face and chest. Some its really deep and leave marks everywhere.
s the biggest problem with my crazy oily scale, sometimes my scalp gets these very ITCHY and PAINFUL pimples, (for this problem, my dermatologist had prescribed me a medicine for it, Clindamycin phosphate get USP, 1%; however this medication doesn't help much in my opinion). So, sometimes i just wait a day or two till the pimple turn white/yellow, so i can squeeze out the pus material (it's gross to me), otherwise the pimple will not heal at all.

05%(base), i also just started using Fougera Clindamycin Phosphate gel USP, 1%(equivalent to 1% clindamycin. i have been using the first one for past three month twice a day and it is almost having no affect. the area is increasing and i m afraid it will get bigger and it is. what should i do? any recommendations on what i should use to get rid of it? can you recommend any medicine/cream??

I could only remember benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin phosphate lotion 1%, and retin-a. 10 years ago I took accutane for 4 months for mild/persistant acne. I have been sunburned about 4 or 5 times as a child and in my teens, but I am always wearing hats and sunglasses when outdoors to protect my face.
When diagnosed by a PA for having tinea, I was prescribed oxistat (oxiconazole nitrate lotion 1%) and cutivate (fluticasone propionate lotion .05%).
The affected area of my face give a white smelly liqued. By mY doctor I use adapalene Microspheres+ Clindamycin Phosphate, Gel Deriva-CMS Gel & Benzotl Peroxide Creamy Wash 4% after 25 days of using this medicne the doctors change the medicne and now i am using Accare Gel , Adaplene & Clindamycin Gel with Doxycycline Hydrochloride capsules I.P.. on present dtd. 04.02.
Iwent to a doctor to treat a acne outbreak and they prescribed a wide spectrum antibiotic, azithromycin, a topical cream, clindamycin and a moisturizing cream contain allantoin and panthenol, I'm on my second weak of treatment and ive noticed red dry painful areas on chin and side chin what could be the cause of this
t want to scrub the area, use gentle fragrance free cleanser and gently wash the area. Scrubbing makes it worse. Here we have Accutane, clinidamycin topical, and other drugs. I also used neutorgena face wash then at bed salicylic acid gel or topical. You can use OXY 5 or 10 cream. I'm sure others will have plenty more to help you with. You can order on line except Accutane and Clindamycin require a prescription. There are some other new products I haven't tried.
I've had "buttock folliculitis" for 2+ yrs. Buttock scabs WIll NOT HEAL regardless of Mupriocin/Clindamycin phosphate/ tea tree oil. Now what? I can't walk around naked to oxygenate the scabs. Please tell me what medical solution there is? Tyvm.
I was also given some topical treatments, including a benzoyl peroxide wash and ketoconazole shampoo (used a body wash) to alternate with every day, and clindamycin topical lotion which i did not see much improvement with. I even tried nasal mupiricin ointment because my doctor thought it was staph. I had a culture done and the results came back negative for s. aureus, beta-hemolytic streptococcus, and p. aeruginosa.
I had a MRSA infection two months ago and was treated by a dermatologist and infectious disease doctor. The major symptoms went away like the boil I got, however I still get mild folliculitis on my face (one or two infected hairs). I've been applying topical clindamycin twice a day and cleaning my sheets and towels regularly but I still get some folliculitis. Is this normal and will it go away eventually?
the treatment for it is a low level anti biotic over several months( 3-6 ), you can talk to a pharmacist on OTC meds but your better off with a prescription.
