Common Questions and Answers about Clear watery vaginal discharge

I am 46 and have had a clear watery vaginal discharge daily for several months. I have had a vaginal ultrasound, pelvic and pap. I am seeing my doctor in a week......I believe I must be perimenopausal. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Its very annoying as I have to change pads a couple times a day.
I have had an abortion a year ago.Since that abortion i have clear watery discharge end of my period,it feels like i having period again. Why does it happening to me? There is any serious injury in my vagina cause of that abortion? I'm 40 years old. Please help me! What should i do?
Is it my imagination or do I have a lot more vaginal discharge now? It's not your imagination. It's quite common to have more vaginal discharge during pregnancy. What you're noticing is probably normal leukorrhea – the odorless or mild-smelling milky discharge that you may have noticed in your underwear before you were pregnant. There's just a lot more of it now, partly because of increased estrogen production and greater blood flow to the vaginal area.
at first i thought it was just irritation from the pads but i had cheesy white discharges right after mens and it never went away and now i have pink watery discharges... help!!!
I've been in pain for about 5 days now with a cyst on my ovary. I've also noticed a watery like nonsmell clear/white discharge that sometimes soaks my panties and my pants. Also like I peed myself. Just wondering if this happens with pcos? I'm waiting for an appointment to see my doctor now. Is it something I should be seen for asap? It's so gross and I really have no idea what to do thanks for any advice.
It seems all the possible solutions the doctor mention had to do with urine loss, not vaginal discharge. For vaginal discharge, he said you might have to learn to live with it.
Some vaginal discharge is expected in pregnancy and this is clear watery and does not harm the baby. However, if it is colored (brownish, greenish, whitish, yellowish) or foul smelling then discuss with your gynecologist once. Hope this helps. Take care!
i experience an abundane of clear, watery vaginal discharge, not smelly for about 2 days, this occurs several days after my period monthly. I have been to the doctors and was told that my ph balance is off or vaginal bacteria. Even after medication this still occurs, i am sexually active. Sometimes, whenever i feel like i want to urinate, there i a rush of watery discharge. I was told by my doctor that i have small fibre on the outside wall of my uterus. What is wrong?
But, I just started having this clear watery discharge too as of 3 months ago. I am 35, no kids and i get it about 1 week before my cycle is suppose to start. My ob/gyn told me that it happens if during ovulation it releases more fluid than normal. So, at the time your body is about to release menstruation, your cervic tend to release that fluid. (:-(...I do not like waking up in the middle of the nite thinking I've teed-teed in the bed when it has only wet my clothes.
But my husband googled it for ages and it's supposedly normal. It was really watery like no discharge I've ever seen before! But this is my first pregnancy so I suppose there will be lots I haven't seen before!
I'm 28w4d and since I've been pregnant I been having vaginal discharge I have told my doctor about it she gave me meds and it has gone away and came back everytime has anybody else had this problem???
On rare occasions over the past 2 years, I have had an odorless, clear to watery milk colored vaginal discharge. I called my ob/gyn and was informed this is probably nothing more then hormonal changes at my age. I was told that an appointment should be made to have it checked. I was in the process of moving and could not schedule the check up before leaving. I have not yet established care here in this state.
Has it always been that color? Or did it recently change? Because when vaginal discharge changes color it is usually because of an underlying infection. Emotional stress, a tampon or foreign body left in the vagina, or ovulation. But to prevent excess discharge, keep your genital area, clean and dry, and do not 'douche' (washing the inside of the vagina with various solvents, such as vinegar, scented soaps etc.) As this can increase chances of infection.
i have had a clear very watery vaginal discharge for around a week that has increased so have to wear a panty liner, but have noticed today that it has turned a pale pink. could this be a sign of pregnancy?
itchiness returned after sex, tons of stress and same burning symptoms as above which have been going on either 2 or 4 weeks (not sure if October episode really subsided)... Burning accompanied with A LOT of clear watery discharge. In between episodes have consistently experience body chills, lots of sweating and lots of clear vaginal discharge and strange vibrations through mostly lower half of body. 3 doctors are most likely ill informed because I truly believe this is herpes.
I am experiencing an unusual clear ,watery, almost odorless discharge, unlike what I've normally experienced before. I am 39 yrs old, and have been in a monogamous relationship for 20 yrs. I am positive of my spouse's fidelity, so I do not suspect an STD. Since it has been over 10 yrs since his vasectomy, I do not suspect pregnancy. I have not had intercourse recently, and have not had a bath for nearly 24 hours, so those are also not possible causes.
Vaginal discharge should be a milk white or clear. Itcan have a very watery consistency or a thick gooey one. Discharge should never have a foul odor. Have a cottage cheese consistency or be yellow or green.
Unfortunatly, I didn't get pregnant. I had gone through in-vitro twice before(with no clear discharge) and conceived both times, with one ending in a beautiful baby boy. I can't help but think this clear discharge played a factor in me not getting pregnant in my third in-vitro. Does anyone know what this is or has anyone ever had it? I am currently going through in-vitro again and still unclear of what went wrong last time. Looking for answers!
I'm not a doctor but normal vaginal discharge is often clear, white or yellow. It can be thin and watery, creamy or similar to mucus in character. Normal vaginal discharge may lack an odor or may smell musky (as opposed to abnormal discharge, which often smells foul and unpleasant). When the vagina is in a healthy balance, it shouldn’t smell bad, burn/itch or hurt.
I know that it is normal to have vaginal discharge that is a whiteish creamy consistancy, but today I am haveing discharge that is clear and watery. Is that normal? I am 14 weeks and this is my first so I am a little nervous.
Your mucous changes throughout the month, somes white and sticky, sometimes clear & stretchy, somes watery. It may be you have never paid attention b4 or it may not be cm. If you have any itching or burning along w/disch, it could be yeast infection.
She says the discharge is sometime clear to brown and not thick but watery???
5-6 days after period, start to feel crampy, have thick, clear discharge. Eventually turns more mucousy, yellow, and watery. Last a few days then subsides. Couple days later, same thing. Colored discharge goes away for the 5-6 days leading up to my period but still watery. I feel wet, but when I wipe there's nothing there. My periods are only 22 days apart -- ugghh! Doesn't seem like I have much of a break from cramps or discharge. My last 2 PAPs have shown mild inflammation.
When i m sexually aroused i used to get water colour vaginal discharge. Now I notice that it is a milky discharge but not smelly and have the same taste.
