trim veggies, put a little water in the bottom of the steamer, set the timer, and turn it on. Maybe I'll eat
them more often if I don't wait until I have the energy to clean
and chop lots of them for a recipe. I can always heat up some beans and/or put some brown rice in my rice cooker; also very easy. Sometimes I'll heat up a can of chicken barley soup (w/veggies). My sodium is low, so I can handle it, lol.
