I subscribe to a few health/nutrition based magazines which always have great lightened snack/dessert recipes. Cooking Light, Health and Clean Eating are my personal favorites. Did the program you are following suggest eating to capacity during the first 3 injection days and then cutting to 500 calories as the Dr. Simeons plan? I'm wondering how important this is to the final out come. I to am in the gym 6 days a week with weight training, cardio and cycling. My objective is to maintain muscle and shed the problem fat areas.
Be clean don't drink cola stop eating sweets and spice foods limit sugar intake and I drink herbal tea as substitute to water or I make my own by boiling 13 leaves of sugar apple to 1litter of water for 10 minutes. incase you want to try this thing.. don't use an aluminum utensil for boiling cause it may react chemically..
