2020005 tn?1628125976 This did! So I am eating pretty healthily for my snacks because that's basically what I eat, but I really need to start eating healthier dinners, so does my family. I'll check out that website, and I'm continuing my prenatal and basically only drink water, thank you!
Avatar f tn Hey, I am very new to this app but I have lost 3 stone and is a very decent weight but I want to be able to control ny eating habits. Does anyone have any healthy meal ideas that taste really good and are low in calories? I also need some tips on how to avoid snacking so much!
428506 tn?1296557399 My title describes what I've been up to in order to distract myself from snacking. I haven't done my own hair color in years, but in addition to being a snack deterrent, it's also a lot cheaper. The blue nail polish was a stocking stuffer and possibly intended as a gag gift, but I think I can pull it off. So, any other cheap ways to keep busy away from food at home?
Avatar f tn what u ladies eating since u started getting pregnany, i want to make healthy choices this pregnancy! any suggestions?
Avatar f tn Hunny you have to eat though. Even at times when you're not hungry because your baby is. I tried this when I was early on because I didn't wanna over do it. I at breakfast. Like cereal. Or pancakes. Or whatever. But breakfast. With milk or juice. You need those. Then I snacked later and it was something like an apple or orange or whatever I could find. Like cheese or anything. Just something. Then at noon I ate something to get me by like a salad or san which or soup but a bigger meal.
Avatar f tn If you're coming up empty on ideas, here's how to build a snack that's diabetes-friendly: http://www.medhelp.
Avatar n tn Try eating late snacks with higher protein such as meat, trail mix, maybe even have one of those protein shakes as a night snack. Protein really helped me last pregnancy. Also try eating before getting out of bed even if it's just crackers or juice.
Avatar f tn It is normal. BUT snack, don't eat. Snack on good healthy stuff. When I felt this way I was eating because I felt as if I were starving! Like I had not just eaten soup and was full for five minutes. Snack, don't eat. Focus on your three main meals, or eat six little meals. Mine went away in the 18th week. I gained weight because I ate, because I was starving. People say "you take eating for two too literally" uhm, no. I was hungry. STARVING! But snack. Don't eat. Lol.
Avatar f tn Instead of eating, I would clean. I still do that, I feel starving but clean the house instead then I feel worthy of a snack. I'm 22 now, could I have an eating disorder now instead of the less severe disordered eating? Should I seek help again?
Avatar f tn Focus on your three main meals, when you feel hungry snack. Every two hours, I am literally starving as if I havent eaten. But just snack, crackers, rice cakes, yogurt, apple sauce, whatever. I made the mistake up until recently eating everytime and because of it I have gained an obsurd amount. Snacking kind of quiets it and settles your tummy.
Avatar f tn Just found out I have gestational diabetes. Does anyone have a meal plan or snack ideas?
7964549 tn?1400015636 Yes I snack on cheese sticks n such but geesh its like I havent eaten one single thing :-(
2070825 tn?1337225969 Now that you're in the second trimester, nutrition for your baby is the most important. If you're not hungry now, just wait a couple more weeks, and you'll be eating just about everything in front of you!! If you're past your morning sickness period, you should be eating 5-6 healthy, small meals/snacks regardless if you're hungry or not, and drinking upwards of 80 oz. of fluids (fruit juice, water, etc.) per day regardless if you're thirsty or not.
Avatar f tn i dont snack alot..i clean everyday which is kind of excersising......sometimes if its a good day i will go for a jog but its hard because i have alot of allergies.....
Avatar f tn I have a yogurt for breakfast, fruit and nuts for morning snack, salad for lunch, cucumbers and yogurt dip for afternoon snack, and for dinner lean protein and veggies of some sort, and an evening snack of a soda or lemonade and maybe a couple spoons of ice cream (I can't have too much - lactose intolerant) or a couple craxkers with cheese
4835896 tn?1369369421 Vitamins, water and decent calorie intake. I was the same way at first, but I would at least try to eat an apple or orange in the middle of the day. I didn't have too much time in the middle of the day to "snack", with working so much and feeling sick.
Avatar f tn I have 9 weeks left. For the last 3-4 weeks my appetite seems to be out of control. I kept it controlled until now. I crave all kinds of junk ( I normally eat very healthy). I try to stick to the healthy stuff but my body and my baby says otherwise. I'm so concerned about the weight gain ( I lost over 100 pounds before getting pregnant. It took 2.5 years of changing my lifestyle and habits to get there). I don't want gain too much weight in this last leg of pregnancy.
