She loves curry, rice, bolengaise, pasta stir fry, bread, home made pies and quiche not many fruit + veg i cook everything my self i dont do processed food much even pizza i use ciabatta bread or tortille or nan bread for the base she does not eat potatoes only roast on a sunday so it is hard to fill her plate in evening. Please help i think food is a lot to do with her learning difficulties.

Trying to make a leaner, less fatty one, I dreamed up this recipe, altered a bit from the traditional quiche with a crust, and just concentrated on the proteins. This is my first attempt at making something fom scratch, making up the recipe as I went along.

They just popped up a notification with the recipe of the day on my phone "cowboy quiche". Sounds yummy. Anhways you can type in what you are looking for and it will give you tons of options. my mother in law did weight watchers while we were living with her and I just typed in weight watchers and I got.sooooo many great recipes.

7607165 tn?1395780125 U can put them in almost anything. They have almost no taste. Smoothies, yogurt, spaghetti sauce, quiche, enchiladas, literally anything! They're high in omega 3s, so great if ur don't eat fish or are a vegetarian! Enjoy!

I try to eat 3 meals a day however I just get really sick after the first bite of food except for at dinner time. I thought I was going to gain weight after getting off of the vicodin.

He cooked my every request, including a quiche(!). Bedrest was tough on my back, and he gave me a backrub, or several, every single day. He got his own "pregnancy" book and reads it and tells me things. He went to breastfeeding class with me. He's been to every doctor's appointment.

Avatar m tn Use normal soap and water (warm or cold) to wash your hands thoroughly. You will know when your hands are thoroughly cleaned when you do not feel any "slime". Apparently semen contains Vitamin E which is good for the skin. Normal washing is fine, so don't stress yourself or get paranoid over this. You do not need to keep washing your hands all day. It is good hygiene to wash your hands after using the toilet and before eating food.

Avatar f tn I can look forward to my meal finally at 3pm, but then have no interest in eating for my evening Riba at 7pm, where we should be eating some fats to help with the absorbtion of the Riba. Then of course, force feeding again at 10.30pm for 11pm meds. I feel like a turkey being force fed for pate de fois gras. And I thought I would have it all down pat by week 8 at least. But no. I never know how I am going to feel, and foods I used to eat, like canned fish etc, are nauseating. Anyway, good luck.

Ever since I have stopped methadone all I wanna do is eat. I do cardio everyday but it's not enough. I started binging and purging about 2 months ago. It started off once a week. Once a day. And now whenever I eat I have this underlying urge to purge. The last few times I can feel my heart hurting.

I smoked for 17 years (pack a day marlb lights) i ALSO quit smoking same day as hydros.... I CANT TAKE THIS WEIGHT!
Avatar f tn My favorite things to snack on are pretzels with hummus, grapes, popcorn, pineapple chunks, deviled eggs, and then chicken noodle soup is always nice. (You can even get can pineapple and put it in the freezer for an hour or so.. frozen pineapple is delicious!) tuna with crackers, etc.. Do you cook? You should look on pinterest for healthy food/snack ideas. I dealt with bulimia 7years ago and always hated the shame that came with it.. I feel for you and pray you get control of it. For me..

I am a very anxious person and think this pressure may be something more. I have lost 100 pounds these last two years and walk 30 minutes each day without any discomfort whatsoever. I had a 70% blockage in left carotid and had subsequent endarterectomy. Right side is 35%. I have had follow-ups and these are ok with left one clean and the other stays the same.
Avatar f tn I tried every supplement going and after the placebo effect wore off I realised quickly nothing worked. Eating healthy, plenty fruit, veg and lean meats give you all you need. Good therapy can be amazing too, its good to talk everything through and even if they give you advice you pretty much already knew, its nice to be reassured you know. Congrats on your 16 days, keep knocking them down.
Avatar m tn I continued to suffer from constipation despite healthy eating and regular exercise. Then in my 20s I began to experience Steatorrhoea. I had some routine blood work done and the doctor told me I wasn't consuming enough fat but every time I ate fat it just came out again. This problem eventually cleared up on its own and I only have it rarely and only then if I eat a particularly high fat meal.
