t eat, like deli meats, certain cheeses, salad dressings, etc. In my 1st trimester, I ate healthy,
oatmeal/toast, cream of wheat, salads with TONS of spinach, lots of fruits and veggies, also nuts and trail mix bars. But the 2nd and 3r trimesters I pretty much gave up eating healthy and just stayed with my regular diet (sandwiches, taco bell, mc Donald's) probably wasn't a good choice but hey! I have a healthy baby. Definitely stay away from fish with mercury...
