Avatar n tn Look, nobody's answering because your post looks either like it's a joke or you have a humongous misunderstanding of the body. Pooping is a smelly business -- did you just discover that? They don't call it a waste product for nothing. This IS getting rid of toxins, that's why we poop.

Avatar n tn The soup had another taste than normal, so some people did not eat it because of that. 10 people ate soup. Some of them only ate soup and nothing else. all 10 felt nausea immediately after. A few with very forceful unvoluntary vomiting. Everybody were fine again after having vomited. My question is what can have caused this. this is the first incident of any kind for this kitchen. It is clean butthe understanding of the kitchenworkers of hygieje can improve.
9310208 tn?1410859285 You can make sure you are eating whole/multi grains that is a little healthier. Also try fruits that are easier on the stomach like bananas or unsweeted apple sauce. Roasted carrots or sweet potatoes are good too.
Avatar f tn I feel nauseous everyday, It started in the running up to a big party 3 years ago i'm now 19. It's crippling, it's been on and off for 3 years for 7 months of the year i feel crippling nausea, I've lost half a stone in weight - 5ft 2 and 6 and a half stone now. My doctor said it's acid reflux however tested me for helipobactor pylori which was negative, I have ceoliacs disease however I can rule out that as a cause as I am strict now.
Avatar n tn I eat practically everything healthy that you can think of but my favorites have to be grapefruit, Kale smoothies and boiled yams!
Avatar m tn Hey everyone, so I'll start by saying that I was told when I was a child that I had IBS. I always had stomach aches and bathroom problems as a child, but I'm 29 years old now and havent had issues since late high school. I've also had anxiety for the longest time. Back in September I went on a "Testosterone Diet", eating T-Boosting foods like cabbage, broccoli, kale, nuts, onions, meat, bananas, kefir, spinach, rice daily....
Avatar f tn My favorite things to snack on are pretzels with hummus, grapes, popcorn, pineapple chunks, deviled eggs, and then chicken noodle soup is always nice. (You can even get can pineapple and put it in the freezer for an hour or so.. frozen pineapple is delicious!) tuna with crackers, etc.. Do you cook? You should look on pinterest for healthy food/snack ideas. I dealt with bulimia 7years ago and always hated the shame that came with it.. I feel for you and pray you get control of it. For me..
Avatar f tn Maruchaun soup (the Noodles) has been tasting soooooooooooooo damn good to me now that I'm pregnant. But I heard eating too much is bad for the baby. Is this true?
4020799 tn?1355825570 oh im the same couldnt even eat half a bowl of soup tnite!!!!
Avatar f tn 1 teaspoon of fish oil, 2 tablespoons hemp seed, 2 tablespoons flax, 2 tablespoon fine oatmeal, quarter cup sunflower seeds, 1 TSP chia seeds, kale, arugula, baby spinach, whey protein, 1 TSP bee pollen, half teaspoon of ginger, 3 large strawberries, handful of blueberries, handful of raspberries, half a banana, almond milk, and then I mix it in my nutriblast.
Avatar f tn I mentioned to him about the tongue coating and other issues that I have had for the past 8 years. I told him about the ACV that I recently started drinking before eating and how my tongue has cleared up . He said ACV increases stomach acid. I did not know that. He also said not chewing your food thoroughly can cause low stomach acid and inflammation over time. I must say that I am guilty of eating on the go and not realizing that I was not chewing my food enough for it to digest.
Avatar m tn A lot of very healthy foods are not digestible raw and people are eating them that way. Raw kale salad is very popular these days, for example, but kale has way too much complex fiber for humans to get much from it raw but gas. Same with broccoli. Also, carotenoids are much more potent in food that's cooked than in raw food, except in algae, so you can lose some antioxidants by not cooking colored vegetables.
Avatar n tn breakfast-oat(3 spoon) with milk..sometime drink milo..lunch i eat mee hon soup every day.. and for dinner rice.
425312 tn?1279966179 Are you going thru withdrawels? If so, yes that can be pretty common. But you must make sure you eat and push fluids or you can make the w/d's worse. Try to find something that you can get down, soup , crackers, fruit. Try getting Boost with protein, they have alot of vitamins and don't taste to bad. You need extra protein and amino acids. good luck and hang in there.
Avatar f tn t like until we tried them grown organically -- collards, kale, beets with tops, parsley, watercress, dandelion greens, red kale (sweeter than green kale), cabbage (wonderful for you when fermented or cultured and with a host of varieties), broccoli, etc. Some of these might bother you but most won't, and cooked they will bother you less than raw, since many really aren't digestible raw even though people are eating them raw a lot lately, such as kale. So go and experiment.
Avatar f tn Is it normal to be really hungry and when you do eat you don't eat much cause u can't stomach it or your full?
Avatar f tn up until last week I barely wanted to eat as well.
Avatar f tn I just try to keep my fluids up by drinking water. If you have been eating soup thats great! Opt for something that is full of vegetable so you get plenty of vitamins and minerals to keep you going. As Sami said you dont need any extra calories in thw first trimester so as long as you are eating enough soup to sustain yourself everything will be fine :) the nausea should subside by the second trimester, which is when you need the extra calories, so I hope foe your sake this feeling aleviates!
Avatar f tn Not to be picky, but avocadoes are fruits, not vegetables. Broccoli isn't very digestible in raw form -- it's healthier cooked unless you're breaking down the tough fibers by juicing or culturing. This is generally true with vegetables in the cabbage family in general, such as kale and collards. I know, raw broccoli used to be a fad and now raw kale is, but fads aren't facts. Raw kale is very hard to digest.
Avatar f tn Ive Been the same way except that i was in the hospital for two days without eating since my stomach couldnt hold anything down, im still in all liquid diet but doc said to take prenatal pills since im not eating as much. Takes the worry out of the way.
Avatar m tn Yes, that's most likely why. If you're not hungry, you must force yourself to eat something. Good nutrition and exercise are very important in controlling anxiety. Also, do you drink any of those sugary caffeine drinks? That is the worst thing you could do if you are. I say this because I know alot of kids drink those these days. Very very bad for anxiety. I want you to eat some lunch right now. If you're not very hungry then eat some fruit or some soup....something light.
2061362 tn?1353279518 I know certain foods enhance the immune system, stuff like grape-fruits and Kale, usually the bitter foods, that dont tast so great.
Avatar n tn My experience began one afternoon, when I gagged on food, and continued to gag on food, until I was only able to eat can soup and baby food. I only threw up once, after drinking water. My throat would swell up, then go away, so the doctor tried to convince me it was anxiety, but I knew it wasn't, and I kept pushing for testing. One afternoon, I started gagging on chicken noodle soup, only this time I had to be ambulanced to the ER, my throat was swelling.
Avatar m tn Thank you so much. I just did start eating kale and I love spinach. I also just started taking a multi vitamin and mineral supplement. I don't like taking medication and prefer doing things naturally. I will check out supplements for magnesium. Again, thank you so much.
