I had acne really bad during my pregnancy too... but when i use acne cream or wash on my face it dries out really bad and my skin gets flaky... but i found this stuff made by Clean & Clear.. Advantage acne control moisturizer. And i have no acne and no dry skin..

I use the clean and clear morning burst orange stuff...lol. All the high end stuff like proactive never worked for me, but this seems to do the trick. I wash my face twice a day and after each wash I put on cerave moisturizer lotion. I have really oily skin and had medium/slightly severe acne. But pregnancy has kind of made my face a lot better.

t get any acne, but I always use Clean and Clear antibacterial face wash. Nothing with salicylic acid. I use a hydrating face GEL (not a lotion or cream) and I haven't gotten any acne. It's worth a try! Good luck!

Do not use proactive. It makes your skin dependent on it and when you stop your acne will come back much worse. I use a wash cloth and gently scrub my face with soap. Dove and Olay work the best for me, don't over dry the skin. Then I pat dry and put Clean and Clear Persa Gel, works wonders! If my face gets dry, which it does every time the season change, I use Burt's Bees Res-Q Ointment. Burt's Bees also works beautifully on vanishing past acne scars.

I usually use a face moisturizer after any water touches my face. I shower in the morning and wash with a normal bar of soap and before I put my make up on I use Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer. I use make up remover wipes at night and again, apply the moisturizer. It's very cheap and is oil free so it helps prevent break outs. I love this stuff. it is the active ingredient in clearasil vanishing cream and a clean and clear face wash...A lot of products use salycilic acid and I was told that is not safe to use during pregnancy.

I know some were talking about Proactive. I'm not pregnant yet, but since I've been off of birth control, my acne has become unbearable, so I'm willing to try anything. And I believe they said it was safe to use during pregnancy.

Hi Shalu20 I also have very oily skin and about a year ago started using Tea tree facewash. It helps with the impurities. Always use a toner and moisturizer after that. For the marks, i found that rubbing pure olive oil on your face at night works wonders. Use only the Tea tree facewash and then the olive oil. Also, eat lots of fruit and vegetables and drink at least 2 litres of water a day. That really helps.

I know that proactiv made it worse but the clean and clear acne kit really helped. My skin broke out everywhere-my face, chest,back. My baby is already 4 months and my acne JUST cleared up. I am still dealing with a little bit but for the most part it is gone and now I am just dealing with all of the scars that it left behind. I am using the Neutragena acne mark fading cream. It is a small blue bottle that costs about 14 dollars.

Try not to use face washes and such, it'll only dry your face out. I've never used this before but my grandma told me to use cumin powder and water mixed into a paste. Put it on your face and allow to dry then wash off. My grandma's skin in absolutely flawless. She used it back when she was young. It's also natural, I know there are certain products we can't use for acne while pregnant. I however use regular soap, Dove or Olay because they keep my skin hydrated.

Im having a girl and I use to break out at 4months as well and still fo im 5 month lol. I get alot of small pimples that ain't even funny lol. Okay just a little. I've always had clean face with no acne. I just leave them their I don't mind lol . Sorry that didn't help.

I take MONONESSA birth control pills every morning. (Had to get on and off of it and switched to something else in the past 6-7 weeks, but now I am on only Mononessa) AM: -I wash my face with Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser Foaming Formula -Pat face dry and moisturize with Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture with Sunscreen (I just bought CeraVe AM facial moisturizer, but I haven't used it much yet. I used clean and clear acne wash for sensitive skin. It helped so much. I would say it was noticeably gone when I hit around my 16th week.

I use Olay cleanser and I recently stopped using my clean and clean moisturizer cause I felt like it was making it works. Help!!

t know what that is its huge painful zits that are deeper than regular ones and if you mess with them they always come back and they always scar. And i also have regular acne. Nothing helped with my first. This Time I'm staying away from sylsalic acid however you spell it it's OTC but not good during pregnancy and I'm using peroxide based face washes. If I wash my face every morning and night and follow with a great moisturizer no problem.

Add a toner to your routine it will help with the oil and only use your moisturizer at night. I have the same problem and acne flares but this change helped me. Good luck.

I too hate using lotion on my face, but they do make moisturizer for acne and oily skin. I use Clinique and I like it a lot. Also try an exfoliating ance cleanser to get the flakes off. Also I have found that when I dry my face with a clean wash rag every night it makes a difference as opposed to using the same one a few night in a row. Good luck! OH! And going to see a dermatologist is a really good idea. Especially this young because you wouldn't want her to scar.

s going on, because the oil production only occurs on my nose area but face is not producing oil and not oily at all ! My face is clean not acne at all and not oily. Am I considering combination skin? How am I going to do with my nose to stop the oil productions?
