Citalopram and naproxen

Common Questions and Answers about Citalopram and naproxen

celexa

Hi I am taking naproxen and citalopram as well as tramadol, pre gablin and oramorph. But everyone is different but I do have side effects.
I just started taking celexa and have had terrible sinus headaches and feel like my sinus is completly dried out along with chest congestion. Anyone else had these?
We also have a safe stocked full of lorazapam, diazepam, citalopram, metoclopramide, naproxen and temezepam (for MY chronic insomnia). I got caught up trying to get my property taxes paid last week and didn't realize that he would need more oxy before the weekend was over. Our regular Dr. does not work on weekends and is on vacation all this week. I got one of the other docs at our clinic to fill the script to cover the weekend.
Celecoxib (Celebrex) belongs in the class of NSAIDs or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, similar to aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, etc. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation. Celexa is citalopram, a SSRI or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. It is similar to fluoxetine (Prozac) and belongs in the same drug class, SSRI. It is used to treat depression and other mental health conditions. I am not sure what you mean in regards to "mind relaxation".
I was already taking Oxy, naproxen, flexaril, emtec, ranitidine, xenical and sometimes Arbil and Tylenol, does anyone know if these are all ok together? Thanks!
However, he said it could NOT be causing me so much pain. He checked out my arm and noticed a hard soft tissue knot, and suggested removing it through surgery and it "might" relieve my pain. So, 3 weeks ago I had the said surgery and it was removed (a hard soft tissue mass about the size of a marble). No, this was not the cyst inside my humerus bone. Anyways, I still have the pain, and it is extremely terrible at night (on a scale of 1 to 10, a 20 at night).
3) Aleve (or generic - you want naproxen sodium) .. this will help with the muscle aches and pains .. 4) Sominex (or generic - you want diphenhydramine).. this is an OTC sleep aide that *WILL* knock you out! Now if you have benzos or some other type of tranqualizer, thats better as they have other properties that we desire - but still, pick some of this up because without it you will just toss and turn all night... 5) Soup - whatever you like, it taste the same comming up ..

I have been to about 30 doctors- including ENT's allergists, neurologists, chiropracters, opthamologists. psychologists, dentists and everything else u can think of. All CT scans, MRI of brain and blood work keep coming back clean and ok. Nothing I try seems to work. There was a period of time about 3 and a half years ago that the symptoms lifted for about 4 months and then it returned full force.
I just got put on some lexapro for my anxiety and citalopram and that feeling for not being able to breath has gone away and the the stabbing pain is dulling down. I think that my panic disorder could have been a major cause in all of the. P.S. I took a beano before I ate my mac and cheese today and no burning just a small fart :P Hopefully this is all I needed and that things continue to get better and no back sliding at all!!!
They diagnosed me with chest wall pain and gave me naproxen. After a few weeks it was much much worse and I went to the doc. She told me that its an inflamation where the ribs meet the sternum. so more naproxen and also tramadol. Still no help. The hosp and docs know I'm on adderoll and never said it was from that. I'm not prone to panic attacks and rarely get anxious, more or less stressed. I told my therapist about the pains and she believes its due to my job since I'm a laborer.
Hi everyone! Welcome to Part 14! Please come in and make yourself at home. We're all glad you made it here.
I also have that annoying warm sensation that is in my right leg and it moves from my ankle and up about 4inches and seems to be very frequent. I too thought it was a little heater under the seat of my car that was warming my leg-but the heat was not on. Also, the balls of my feet are burning along with this sensation. I need to know what this is?
( I too have been diagnosed with BRP, and the only relief is from ice--but that feels so hopeless to me. Are there any other cures/solutions? I can not bear the thought of having to endure this torture the rest of my life. Makes me want to cry!
They are not sharp pains but more of a constant 'throb' and can go on for hours. Pain relief medication does nothing and the only relief I can get at all is the application of something topical like '4-Head' or the American 'Head-On'. Although I have been a reasonably 'active' drinker in the past, if anything now, at the age of 61 (male), I rarely have more than two drinks at a time ... which is why I'm surprised at the onset of these headaches.
