the test came back positive and the doc (gastr doc)told me to take ciprofloxacin 500 twice daily for 10 days. i told him that im not sure i want to take this as i know its hard on the liver, he said i can take it as he asked back my hepatologist (they both work in the same hospital/transplant center).

After 10 days of an antibiotic (ciprofloxacin) I felt better but the bleeding started again. Am now back on 10 more days of same antibiotic but this time am having lower pelvic pain amd discomfort. I had another ultrasound but this time there was no stone in ureter,kidney or bladder but for the last about 3 months I have been feeling pain,burning and warmth in my urinary bladder and urethra especially this increases when i urinate.I have seen 3 different urologists and had ultrasound 4 times and one I.V.P during the last three months but the problem persists.During this I have also used three antibiotics ciprofloxacin,cefixime and saproxin but the problem is not over.

I've been taking Ciprofloxacin for about a week. On tuesday I went to the gym for the first time in a while, and for the past few days my shoulder muscles have been sore. Being on endless courses anti biotics did no good to my condition either.
