Ill try to keep it short and to the point, but I've had a horrible two months
August 10th I fell quite ill. I was at a festival so at first GP assumed food poisoning, my symptoms were diarrhea (which became bloody after a week), vomiting, sweats, weakness and fatigue. My GP did stool samples which showed nothing, but blood tests showed signs of infection so I was given Ciprofloxacin.
I couldn't eat at all for 10 days, and I lost 22lbs in just under 2 weeks.

Yes, food poisoning can cause harm to your baby, and it can be a very serious issue that requires antibiotics, so if you think you may have gotten food poisoning make sure you see a doctor! Usually it happens quickly after, and you have diarrhea, vomitting, sharp pains, etc, it could definitely be morning sickness if it's just vomitting. Is there anything you've eaten that concerns you??
That afternoon I went to the doctor and he told me that it was probably a 24 hour thing and gave me some anti vomiting and nausea medicine. he told me to stick to clear liquids for the rest of the day and then move on to colored liquids the next day, and then solids. I took the medicine and got some rest. Wednesday I went to work but did not feel 100%. Instead of vomiting I now had diarrhea. I ate lunch and noticed that I got full with half my normal portion size.
I agree with Cliff, a week is a very very long time for a young dog not to have eaten and kept food down. This is now an emergency and needs a vet's attention. Your dog is by now seriously under nourished and probably dehydrated, in addition to whatever it is that is ailing her. Please get her to a vet straight away.
Certainly not the best way to spend your Thanksgiving. Hope you feel better now and are regaining your strength. I only had food poisoning once from leftover turkey soup and it was rather sudden and very violent, lasting several days.
At around week 4, I picked up a very nasty intestinal bug that quickly resulted in losing about 5 lbs. Due to just starting tx, it made the recovery a bit more challenging for the following several days. Smart move on staying well hydrated.
Could be, anytime you eat mcdonalds you should be prepared for this, all those chemicals in the food and such. If it can really be called food. If you eat at mcdonalds you should just prepare to be sick for the next day or two, because it's really just a gamble on whether or not your going to be sick from it.

I feel like I keep getting food poisoning. Or is it just a symptom of pregnancy? My stomach starts hurting and I just get the chills and throw up all of my food. But this doesn't happen daily or anything. It happened 5-6 times throughout my pregnancy though.

So last night I got really sick and figured it had To be something bad I ate the pain was constant in my belly and wouldn't go away ad I did vomit and have some diahrea well three hrs later I was able to go to bed and when I woke up I felt ok just tired however I haven't been able to feel my baby today should I be concerned would the nausia and diahrea effect him ?
I left work and during my ride home the cramping became so bad I was having a difficult time driving. I came home and finally went and it was a LOT! Sorry to be descriptive but the first part of it was large enough to block the toilet. I figured i must have been highly constipated and lunch probably just irritated everything.
But then diarrhea followed that with horrible cramps. Each episode lasting about 10 minutes apart. 6 hours later, these episodes are about 30 minutes apart.
