why can I not split my Cialis dose? I have lots of 20mg tablet but I found out that 5mg daily is better to keep from muscle atrophy happening.

Well, the good news is you're still having morning erections, so that's a good sign that the equipment is still working to some degree. That's a good question. Why not try gradually reducing the doses you're taking & see if at each slightly reduced level, you're still able to achieve good erections. Sometimes guys just need a little 'help' to boost their confidence & then once they realize things are still working OK, they can get off the meds.
