cialis

Avatar m tn Had prostrate surgery 6 months ago, benign prostrate hyper something, it was enlarged. So ED has caused some changes. I call it turtle mode, my little buddy has retracted like a turtle to its shell, he doesn't dangle anymore which may have been from the green light laser surgery, maybe some nerve issues, I can get an erection with help but not hard enough for intercourse.
Avatar n tn m struggling to keep it up. My question is whether or not this could be the result of an enlarged prostate.
Avatar m tn Meds are for a stent in my heart and enlarged prostate. I can get an erection before and after intimacy but the minute we start, what's between my ears kicks in. How do I change that ?
Avatar n tn After a month he switch me to Cialis, then after month of taking cialis I decided to stop taking cialis because I was able to get erections on my own, but a few days ago I started having painful ejaculations. Can somebody tell me what can I do to get rid of my problem? This problem is starting to kill my sexual life.
Avatar m tn I am 62, taking Aqupril for blood pressure and I also have a very enlarged but healthy prostate but have found a GNC product that seems to help with this. But I am having trouble getting an erection sometimes and it never seems to be as hard as it used to be. My mate is a bit sad about this as it is important to her that she is sexually stimulating to me.
Avatar n tn Have they done a prostate exam? Problems with the prostate can cause all of the symptoms you have mentioned. Don't freak out about cancer, though - even a bacterial infection or inflammation in the prostate can cause these.
Avatar f tn Had prostate removed 10 years ago. Recently took a 20mg pill this morning, but zero results. Is there any hope for me?
Avatar n tn Cryosurgery will stop the cancer, but it is a highly skilled procedure, impotence happens about 75% of the time, I don't know if Cialis works (Cialis doesn't work after surgery, but it does work after HIFU). I'm guessing that Cialis will work after cryosurgery, as nothing gets cut. Incontinence is not an issue (less than 2%). Cryosurgery and ultrasound (HIFU) do the same thing--they target the gland without cutting anything, cryo freezes while HIFU cooks the gland.
Avatar n tn Since surgery of the prostate does do some nerve damage Caverject maybe needed as Viagra and Cialis only assist in obtaining an erection. Caverject will cause an erection even without stimulation. I hope that this is help ful for you. All the best.
Avatar m tn I had Prostate Cancer 12 years ago, resolved with Radioactive Seeding. Since that time I have made use of Viagra and Cialis to overcome the ED side affects from the seeding. The effectiveness of these drugs seems to be fading, is this a common situation or more likely just age, weight, etc causing lessening effectiveness?
Avatar m tn This may be chronic prostatitis and if that is so there is no effective treatment. Just wonder if s smooth muscle relaxant like Cialis might help?
Avatar m tn I'm having the same problems on Flomax with the retro. I'm also scared about the loss of strength stated on some forums. it says that Flomax relaxes the muscles of the prostate and bladder neck so it seems like it could improve blood flow to the prostate and help treat a prostate infection like I've had with shooting pains for months now.
Avatar n tn Is it possible to have surgery with a very tender ,a very hard ,and a enlarged prostate, and when your prostate is inflamed?...My prostate also has a nodule ....Thanks for you time on this...
Avatar m tn i had ultrasound of prostate done twice at 3 months interval, both time showed mildly enlarged prostate. I had frequent urination, every two to three hours at night, I was asked to take finasteride 5mg every day. which i did for about a month, however, this resulted in erectile dysfunction, so i stopped taking finasteride, after which the ED has gone. can u suggest other medication for mildly enlarged prostate.
Avatar n tn I have an enlarged prostate BPH. I had a problem a few months ago with inability to urinate (urinary retention). I had to go to the emergency room and they inserted a catheter to remove the urine in my bladder. I had the catheter in for a month. It has been removed and I am back to normal. The doctor put me on finasteride to reduce the prostate size and tamsulosin (Flowmax) which is working. I asked my doctor if I had to take these two medications for the rest of my life he said yes.
Avatar m tn Hi lou510, Having an enlarged prostate is a common occurance as a man ages - maybe even in their 40's. The enlarged prostate is what causes the difficulty in pasing urine, There are meds available, if there is no cancer present, which can help in the decrease in size of the prostate. See a urologist.
Avatar m tn my whole urologist visit was bizarre, he didn't do a prostate fluid/semen culture but did an exam. maybe he felt my prostate was enlarged, my urine was free from infection.
Avatar n tn Also diagnosed with Enlarged prostate of volume 30cc .and suffering from recurrent urinary tract infections. Can prostate of volume 30cc cause recurrent UTIs??
Avatar m tn he didnt say its enlarged or not he found nothing cuz i thought i had cyst or hammrroids
Avatar n tn From what I have read on the internet and in the book "The invasion of the prostate snatchers..." it can be from 6 months to a year in some cases...everyone is different.
Avatar n tn Because semen is manufactured in the prostate gland any interference with it, like biopsy, is going to produce blood in the ejaculate. This is natural and normal and does not require and particular actions on your behalf. There are many reasons why you might experience occasional erectile dysfunction and BP medications would not be high on my list of potential candidates. You might consider taking Cialis 10 mg every other day. This would improve your ED and urine stream at the same time.
Avatar f tn Unless he's already done so, he should seek advice/treatment from a Urologist regarding any prostate issue.
