How are you? Unless advised by a physician drugs like cialis, Viagra should not be taken. Many a times it is the emotional factor which might cause ED. Coming to cialis before starting treatment with this you need to rule out contraindications like liver failure, coronary artery disease, visual disorders etc.
But in no way it can be implicated as the cause of infections.

I also tried Levitra and it worked fine but Cialis is my favorite. Everyone is different, though: some men prefer Levitra, others prefer Cialis or Viagra.

Hey, sorry to hear about this situation. It sounds like you're being supportive, so that ought to be a huge help to him. Other causes of ED can be hormonal (I've heard that oral medication for hair loss can have ED side effects, for example), also arterial blockages (not just from diet and that, but it could be from injury where the blockages would be localized), also scar tissue... I'm not sure if he has taken Viagra or Cialis but that could be a help.
