made from oats,protien powder, peanut butter,almonds,
milk, honey,
chocolate, almonds and I decided to add in a multivitamin crushed into the flatjack mix. Isn't much fiber tho. Plan on eating around 2000 calories of the stuff daily. Would it be healthy eating this everyday? I do plan on eating other things like snacks and so on with water.
