I have been have episodes of left chest pain and jaw pain for about 2 months. I have had a stress echo which was normal. I had a cardiac ct with calcium scoring in which my calcium score was 0 and my arteries were clear ( they couldn't see my right coronary artery completely but they assured me it wasn't my heart). I have been on Nexium for my stomach and have been referred to a GI doctor but I continue to have this pain and jaw tightness.

When people refer to jaw pain and heart attack where on the jaw is this referring to. Is it lower jaw or up near the cheek on the upper jaw. Is the pain intense or throbbing.

For about a year now I have been having stabbing chest pain only occurring at night during sound sleep. I have the tightness of the chest, shortness of breath, back pain, and the pain traveling to my jaw and teeth. I have been to the cardiologist and have had a stress test, and echogram. They had some question on my blood pressure readings from the stress test, so I have a heart cath done. All came back normal.

For nearly two years now I have been suffering with constant pins and needles in my left arm, chest tightness, neck tightness, jaw pain and chest numbness. I have had 2 ecg's, 3 rays and bloods and nothing has shown. I have not had any heart attacks or no family history of this. I am 21, healthy and no previous experience of this. Can anyone give advice? I must add that I have a regular inflamed sternum.

I have since had two more episodes with the lower jaw pain and some upper chest tension/tightness. My fever and headaches are gone, still some diarrhea but quite a bit better. I'd appreciate any thoughts on what tests to request from my doctors next or any ideas on what I might have contracted. I should note that we are waiting on results from blood infection cultures and stool sample.

I was having every symptom that I thought was related to heart trouble. From chest pain, tightness in my chest, pain in my arms, jaw, etc. I had never had any experience like this before so naturally it initially was very frightneing. I was at the ER multiple times, saw variuos cardiologists, had multiple tests done only to confirm that heart health wise, I was okay.

I got shingles, and now my jaw is really sore, and tightness in neck and pain in chest. Also pain in ear and where jaw comes together. Is this from shingles or the implant? Should I go to a ENT, a jaw doctor or who? while I am waiting on God's healing.

Yes I still have chest pains and tightness on and off. I feel weaker than usual and my head is in a fog. I haven’t had any other pains such as shoulder or jaw or sweating. I’m very lethargic though, maybe because I’ve been eating less. I do get short of breath more easily than usual and my heart beats more just doing normal walking. I tried to see if my chest pain is more while exerting myself to see if it’s angina but there doesn’t seem to be a correlation as to when the chest pain comes.

The I started having chest pains and tightness/shortness of breath with numb face, jaw and tingling/burning sensation in my forehead/scalp.
