Avatar f tn The fatigue and fever are still there, the tightness in my chest is gone. I am otherwise, a healthy 46 year old female. I travel alot for business so I am in planes and hotels alot. Thank you.
Avatar f tn Within a few days of arriving in the UK, I began to experience a mild chest tightness that wouldnt ease with taking asthma inhalers. i suffered with the tightness for about the first 4 weeks of my 5 week hoilday there. it was strange because after 4 weeks of continous tightness, one morning i woke up and it felt as if a large weight had been lifted from my chest and it felt as though i could breath freely and normally as i did in the past. I was happy!
Avatar n tn Hello, I have been suffering from tight chest and pressure in the head for the last 10 years. I get this tightness and pressure immediately after eating or drinking anything. Because it has been happening for so many years, I have the pain for all most 24/7/365. My heart was tested but cardiac problems were ruled out. Food allergy tests were also negative. GI thinks that I have acid reflux. I recently had upper endoscopy and everything looked ok. I am still waiting for biopsy results.
Avatar m tn However, I still fear it is a possibility as I am easily fatigued and feel chest tightness when I do any kind of strenuous activity. Another possibility is GI issues as for some reason, I blurb a lot after these episodes. This condition is making my life impossible and I live in a constant state of stress of these symptoms occurring and I am generally exhausted. I am super pale most of the time, which is strange given my ethnicity.
Avatar f tn When I feel an asthma attack coming on, I feel short of breath, cant finish a sentence, chest tightness, tired, and all of my muscles ache really bad.. does anyone else have this?
Avatar f tn Yes I still have chest pains and tightness on and off. I feel weaker than usual and my head is in a fog. I haven’t had any other pains such as shoulder or jaw or sweating. I’m very lethargic though, maybe because I’ve been eating less. I do get short of breath more easily than usual and my heart beats more just doing normal walking. I tried to see if my chest pain is more while exerting myself to see if it’s angina but there doesn’t seem to be a correlation as to when the chest pain comes.
Avatar m tn Internist stated it was seasonal allergies but the tightness in my chest has never stopped. Has anybody else had this problem? As of Jan 2015, I no longer have hep c 1a with follow up in one year, but I still feel listless.
Avatar m tn It feels like air is not able to come out of lung and especially on the right side. Right side chest feels always tight(24/7). Left side chest feels tight as well but not as tight as right side. 3. This tension/tightness continuous to the diaphragm area and feels tight constantly. I am having these symptoms for around 13 years for now and these symptoms getting worse now a days.
Avatar n tn I have been experiencing symptoms of extreme chest tightness with soreness through the center of my chest (sternum). I have also felt like it is harder to get full breaths of air because my chest is tight and my throat feels tight. I have been to a pulmonary dr. who said I don't have asthma. It has also felt like it is harder to feel my heartbeat through my chest. Like my heartbeat is weaker.
Avatar f tn Hey all...Has anyone had chest and throat tightness as a side? Is it possibly a sign of worsening anemia? I'm due on Wed to get next labs done. (1 week since last ones that showed a sudden drop in HCT, WBC, and slighly in HGB..) Anemia sides still the same..(Out of breath, heart palpitations, fatigue with minimal activity, occasional dizzies, etc...)...Should I move up lab draw? (Starting week #4...first vl Wed!) I'm confident it isn't a heart attack or anxiety...
Avatar f tn Cough is horrible. Headaches, fatigue, weakness, chest pain and tightness, nausea, dizziness. I’m a college student and scared I’m going to have to drop out this semester because I can barely function. Please help! Mono, strep, and pneumonia were all negative! What is wrong with me?
Avatar n tn I am 28 y.o male and have had chest tightness for over a week. I am generally healthy, BMI 22 and was running 3 times per week before the chest tightness started. Heart rate is around 50 bpm. Blood pressure a bit high on visit to doctors, 130/78. It feels like someone is sat on my chest. Throughout the day it varies in severity because doing activities serves as a distraction, but underlyingy it is always there. I have seen two doctors and been told there is no issue.

Avatar n tn This fall when it started i noticed I had bad post nasal drip, chest pains (tightness) and breathing difficulties and severe shortness of breath. Can allergies and or chronic sinus infections make a person so weak and fatigued that they can not function normally? My doctor gave me an allergy shot and it alleviated the symptoms to a degree.
Avatar f tn Extremely debilitating fatigue, tightness and pain in chest, worsening weakness in arms/hands/legs/feet, frequent kidney stones, and tachycardia.
Avatar f tn I have had chest tightness, coughing, trouble breathing, fatigue, dizziness and excess mucus. Over the weekend I had very bad chest tightness and could barely breathe. Trip to urgent care had me on my 3rd round of antibiotics and a 6 day tapered medrol pack. I am on day 3 of the medrol pack and yesterday was actually the only day I felt great - breathing normally, more energy than usual.

Avatar f tn I totally understand. Are you being treated for the panic disorder? If you aren't, I would strongly recommend getting into some therapy (CBT) to find the root cause of your panic. Once you've identified that, your therapist can give you a great deal of knowledge to understand why you suffer from it and tools to help you overcome it. Your therapist can teach you various breathing exercises to help when you get that suffocating feeling. They work.
Avatar m tn t eat much and not sleeping well, reason why was that i was worried about pain that was in my testicle but found out that is was a epidyimal cyst and that it was nothing to worry about. Now i am back to my routine and seem to be having some chest tightness. I am wondering if it was from all the stress i was putting myself under or is it probably from my ablation and it is just healing? Idk I go see the doctor who performed my ablation on friday.

Avatar n tn I am a 29 year old who has been having chest tightness for about 3 days with a headache that comes and goes. I went to an urgent care for them to tell me nothing except that my vital signs are healthy, take no xrays, take no blood, etc. They prescribed me an inhaler thinking that it was an allegarine asthma. IT hasn't helped so far. When I work out, it doesn't bother me anymore. I am not short of breath; however, to take a deep breath takes a little more effort.
Avatar n tn It has been always five weeks since I was discharged from hospital now and since then I have developed chest tightness in the central region each time I take a deep breath. I also notice that I now feel tire easily and can't do any strenous work as my chest area feel kind of tight and tender. The latest x-ray results (two days ago) showed nothing and the nurse told me that my lungs are all clear. But right now as I write, I feel something not normal with my chest as it feels tight.
