Ive done some research on the internet and the only rash my rash resembles is the maculopapular rash. I posted in the HIV forum and they told me I had no risk of contracting hiv. But This rash appeared 3 weeks after My incident. I am quite stressed out and I am not sure if that could be causing this rash. I have never had a rash like this before, or at least did not noticed it if I did.
In June I met this guy I was the top (safe) and did everything else. Two weeks later I break out in a rash, back chest upper arms and face. From photos on the net and from my Dr. Diagnosis, it's folliculitis. I didn't ask to be tested for HIV, because I've been scared to know. However it's been 3 months and I'm still breaking out in what is not acne. Your thoughts on whether I've contracted something from my descriptions.
Hi, three days ago I spotted a rash in the form of dry flaky red spots (some of them itch) on my feet, groin, chest and armpits. My mom recently changed the fabric softener and I go the gym almost every day. Maybe it's the combination of the new softener and sweat, maybe something fungal ... Is there any chance I could get a professional opinion? I also took some photos. Thank you!
The pic on the lest is the side of my left foot, where the rash is a patch, and it was very itchy the very few days, Ive applied some cream, and it stopped itching, however it is still very red. The center photo is my chest, where no rash was present, just three red circles appeared, they dont hurt or itch. They are disappearing with the cream Ive applied.
I am not sure if there is a way to add photos here, but what has started 3 days ago is a rash on my chest, arms, stomach, and legs. It is tons of tiny little red dots everywhere, and about a dozen or so things that seem like pimples, and some are dry. I have a cat but I have had her for months and nothing like this has happened. I am also in a new state with bad seasonal allergies, and it just went from 55 to 85 at the same time that this started.
Hello, I have small itchy bumps on the side of my ring finger and in the web part of my fingers between the ring finger and pinky. I also have some on my stomach, arms, and buttocks. My chest is starting to itch too. They seem to be spreding. It's been about 2 weeks now and have an appointment with my dermatologist but not till next week, I don't think I can wait that long. -hives suddenly appear on neck and chest, very itchy, took antihistamines which didn’t help, they stuck around for 1 week, no change in product use prior to this.
-hive pattern remained but was smooth and brown.
-Discolouration faded and small itchy blotches and bumps showed up and stayed, flaring slightly every now and then, but seemed to be settling.

Thank you so much for responding. I uploaded 2 photos to my profile that I took after a long run. The day I took the photos the rash was the worst I have ever seen it. I'm not sure if it was the sweat or irritation from my shirt rubbing against it but it was itchy and it even stung a bit The odd thing is on a normal day I could take off my shirt and you sometimes can't even see the rash at all.
I am outside for about an hour then driving for 20 min then outside for another hour (I watch over different work crews) so I am sweating, then the sweat drys, then sweating, then the sweat drys. Do you think this is some sort of heat rash it is getting worse and worse.

Someone told me they think it might be a heat rash, But it looks similar to the maculopapular rash. The rash itself is small and pink, some of them seem to surround a hair follicles , while others don't. Id say I have around 20 of them on my chest. A few look like they are starting up on my back. 1) Can Anxiety/stress cause this type of rash?

If you can get into a dermatologist while you still have the rash and mouth sores then do or if not take photos with you. That is what I did. The first doctor thought I had a problem with my circulation because the legs were so swollen and he wouldn't listen to the fact that I used a new topical steroid. So, get a doctor who listens. I know hard to do. If you can't get into a doctor take the photos and then take Benedryl. You can use calamine lotion if it is itchy.
Above my head, the rash nearly goes away. The skin redness sometimes seems a very faint flat rash on chest and inner-arms, but mostly just red.
With research online, I fear HIV. The girl is not the "risky" type. Otherwise, there is still the possibility of Secondary Syphilis also, since both of those STD's can take up to 3 months to test for. I plan on testing at 12 weeks for HIV.
As far as the rash goes, I agree with can-do-man, you should see your doctor about that as well. There are some photos that you can google to see what a mild Incivek rash looks like as compared to a moderate or severe rash. My husband's rash was considered to be moderate, but it did cover about 70-80% of his body, started about the second week, and progressed for awhile. It was very red and itchy.
Sorry to hear about your daughter -- I'd suggest that you take some cell phone photos of the rash when it appears, so that you can show them to any doctors you might consult in the future. Docs get really interested when they see photos.
Could it be ringworm? Do take the photos and keep them, and also search online for 'circular rash' under images or photos and see if you can find one that looks similar.
