I started noticing that when I was pushed to the limit I felt like I was jumping out of my skin and my heart would pound out of my chest. I became more anxious..... Yesterday I had an anxiety attack and I havent come out of it.. My heart is racing so fast and now that I am aware of it ....its racing faster. Like up to 130. Strange disease isn't it? That a person can quit smoking for years and still develop emphysema/COPD. Not smoking will greatly slow down the progression of COPD. I was diagnosed in the moderate stage under 3 yrs. ago. I asked my doctor if I stopped smoking, would I live to be an old woman. He told me yes I would. Our lungs decline slowly as we age without smoking or COPD. I do not know what stage you are in of COPD, but if you try to be as healthy as possible, with good diet, exercise etc.

Have tiny bumps on my palms some of them have a dark center which when closely looked, looks like a tiny depression or as if a layer of skin in that area is peeled of.no pain no itching. When my palms are dry, the bump size is reduced. When moisturized, it plumps up. When soaked in water for 5-10 minutes, the black center turns white- grey and is barely noticeable. It becomes visible again after the skin is dry. Could this be a wart or contact dermatitis or any other?
