I have been experiencing a dull pain and tightness on the side and under my left breast. At times I'll get the slightest sensation of being out of breath. the last time it happened it felt like something near my heart did a backflip. I'm a relatively in shape 21 year old with no history of any sort of problems. It's been happening a few times a month.
For about a week or so, I've had sharp pain in the left side of my chest. It kills me to cough, & hurts when I breath. It also hurts if I push on it. Can anyone help on what it could be?? Should I see a doctor? Where should I go if I have no insurance, but need to see a doctor?
I have a sharp throbbing pain in my left breast. Spreads through the breast to sternum, also in arm. If I sit, move or breathe it hurts. What could the cause be?
About 5 days ago, I started experiencing stabbing chest pains on my right side under my breast. I am a 56 yr old breast cancer survivor (left breast) of 3 years. the pain is sometimes accompanied with heartburn but not always. It wakes me up during the night and if I roll around onto the other side, it subsides somewhat (but not completely).
I've been suffering for about 4 months now with pain on the left side of chest under the breast. the pain comes on suddenly very sharp, then it dulls to when I take a breath. It seems like when I go to take a breath, something gets caught and I can't take the full breath. I've been getting it 3-4 times a week, sometimes 2 times a day. I've had x-rays done which were negative, don't know where to go with this now...doctors don't seem to know either. Help!
But for the past several months, have a dull ache off and on my left side of chest. It's hard to determine if its my breast or deeper down. It's not severe enough that I double over or anything but definitely catches my attention. I have been feeling extremely tired in the afternoons, so much so that driving home from work each afternoon I feel like I could fall asleep and I have a very short drive. I guess my question is should I call my doctor and have this checked?
However, yesterday morning I woke up with an intense pain in my left shoulder blade, after about an hour the pain was also in my chest on the left side. on my way to work I stopped into a store and recall feeling somewhat lightheaded. I took a few aspirin and went home for the day. the shoulder blade pain has gone away, but the chest pain has continued and is still present. It is a constant dull ache encompassing my left breast.

today, i had a severe pain on the left side of my chest. like in my left breast, extending towards the side and back. it's constant pain and i feel like vomiting a bit because of that pain. it got so severe that i had to lie down and then it felt a bit better but it's still throbbing. i recently got put on antibiotics (azithromycin) for a throat infection, but these pains are not a side effect.
Hi, I am a 22 year old female and for the past 4 days I have noticed not really a pain but that someting doesnt feel quite right on the left side of my chest just above my breast. I am very active and have not had any problems before, Is this something I should be worried about.
I did have a benign lump in my right breast removed over a year ago... the pain in my chest and breasts are almost like a burning sensation.
Hi All About 10 days ago, a pain came up suddenly in my chest (breast?). Basically the pain/discomfort came up quite suddenly and I was merely sitted comfortably. Right hand side, quite localised, breast area, 3 inches to the left of my right nipple (not quite stenum area) and 1 inch up. the pain feels like it is external (I am not certain though as pain/discomfort is hard to describe!), like after someone has hit me in that spot. my movement of the right arm/hand is not restricted.
It's going on two months that I keep getting sharp pain on my left side breast. I haven't seen a doctor yet I don't know how to explain what I feel. It doesn't last long but I try to breath it hurts more. What you think it could be? Should I see a doctor?
