I know for sure that the Enalapril makes there stomach upset. My little Boston is still hanging on but each week seems slightly worse than the previous and we've had a lot of rain and grey days here in NH and that seems to make him feel worse. We know his days are running out and even though we don't want to see him cross the Rainbow Bridge, we don't want him to suffer.
It converted on its own (heart returned to normal sinus rhythm) before I could be given medication (the episode lasted about 2 hours), so they sent me home. A few days later my chest would vibrate any time I laid on my stomach, or on my left side. I can stop most of the vibration by lying on my back, or getting out of bed. I had another echo and cardiolite stress test and it looks like my heart is fine. At this time, I wake up a couple times a night with my chest vibrating.

Don't know whether it is Lipitor, Plavix, Coversyl, or Somac that is giving me the congested sensation around the chest-throat. Would anyone know what possible side effects these drugs might cause?
Finally on Sunday we decided to take Siefer to our vet nearby to see if he has an upset tummy or not. He started having stinky farts.. which isn't abnormal for him.. So on Monday, we took him out and it went from good news 'oh nothing seems to be bugging him at all'.. and we're like 'oh thank gosh.. maybe he just has tummy problems again.. ate something wrong'. Then she went to listen to his heart.. and could barely. He had no fever but it was on the high end of the temperature scale.
I lay in bed at night in fear that I'm gonna have a heart attack because of the various aches and pains in my chest, arm, stomach, etc. It's the most frustrating thing in the world! I feel better at times by reading other peoples posts but find it hard to believe that so many people suffer from the same experiences with no real answers other than "it's anxiety". I recently started seeing a Psychiatrist and I am just not sure it's worth my time or money. I got Mirtazapine first.
Two days ago My face turned blue and couldn't breath and felt my stomach was up into my chest + bad constipation + feeling bloated + abdominal pain and all the sudden my face turned blue and started grasping for air couldn't breath well.
56:45: The 'yuking' you describe sounds like reflux to me! When these things first started happening to me, my doctors & I both focused on the breathing side of things, because of my chronic asthma. They did take chest x-rays, saw nothing, and I wound up taking several weeks of antibiotics and prednisone as a 'precaution' in case there was infection and/or inflammation. Needless to say, my breathing didn't improve because the stomach-upsetting meds only made my reflux worse!
You mentioned having had a lot of imaging done but an ultrasound of the abdomen might be in order to check on your other organs - especially since you have the stomach issues as well - the stomach piece could be something as simple of h pylori bacteria, anxiety driven gut problems (anxiety can screw that whole system up) or something more exotic.
For the past four years, I've experienced a strange rubbing sound/sensation in my lower throat/upper chest area. It occurs only whenever I twist my torso from side to side, such as when exercising, or quickly turning to the side via pivoting at the waist. It feels & sounds like something is causing friction. I cannot pinpoint where it is coming from, but it seems to be my lower throat/upper chest, somewhere around collarbone level. It seems to be located within the windpipe or esophagus.
A year ago I began to have stomach problems and chest pains, was diagnosed with reflux esophasgus. I was referred to a specialist that did stomach scoping and numeriuos other tests for stomach ailments. All turned out negative. He discovered 4 months later that I had Graves Disease, apparently. for quite some time. I was treated with medication to bring my thyroid under control then had the radioactive iodine treatment.

My stomach upset and pains returned and bowels are either constipated or diarrhea. This stomach problem wakes me up in the middle of the night. My arms and legs are numb and tingling with pain, along with my toes. I will awake at night with little sensation in them and need to move around. My eyes are crusty and goopy in the morning. I have terrible headaches around the base of my skull to my shoulders.

6 pills, two at first dose and one a day, started on Saturday, it's now Tuesday, cough is minimal, still coughing up phlegm about once an hour, blowing nose is clear, chest congestion is mildly green. This morning woke up feeling nauseated and upset stomach and generally tired still. Couldn't go to work. Am trying to get in to see my family doctor. Any comments? Suggestions?
Every time you get a cold, notice how it usually starts in the throat with a tickle, a scratch, or a slight cough. It then progresses into chest congestion or travels up into the ears and the sinuses. You’ll have a low grade fever, mild chills, and a runny nose. Even if you start out with a runny nose, eventually, you’ll have throat symptoms later on. Sounds like a classic cold, right?
She doesn't really suspect asthma though - his chest is clear. It's just more like he is constantly congested. She prescribed singular in the granule form. You mix it with juice or water. When I took in the prescription to be filled, the pharmacist told me he had to order it (it's in in the morning, so that's fine) and that most places didn't stock it because it wasn't common to see it prescribed in children this young. He said most of the time they are old enough for the tablets.
You should get to a GI specialist. They can check for anal fissures, hemorrhoids, and more. You want to make sure it isn't anything very serious. I speak as someone who is scheduled for a colonoscopy soon, when I would have rather not have one yet, since it hasn't been ten years since the last one.
His reaction is primarily a contact reaction so it gets swelling in his mouth and around his lips although his most severe reaction are anaphylactic in that he starts sneezing and getting very congested, tight chest, sort of similar symptoms to a Hay Fever attack even though he didn't breath in the allergen, it just came into contact with his mouth and he ate it.
Anyway, benign conditions can also make it higher, as can chest congestion (lungs also secrete this protein), and any kind of stomach upset. That is why it cannot be used as a test to determine if OvCa is present. Doctors use it as one of the tools to decide what to do next. Some women have a high result with no cancer present, and there are even some who do have OvCa who's results come back in the normal range. So, you cannot rely on that result alone to tell you much.
We thought it could be gas and an upset stomach but that is gone. Now we think is is a lung/sinus problem but can't seem to control it. The odd thing about this is that he can have this problem sitting up as well as laying down. He is taking ClearLungs and Marshmallow along with a digestive enzyme. Is there anything out there that we can try?
That night, I started having really bad anxiety and an upset stomach and unable to sleep through the night thinking that I contracted something. For the past 3 weeks now, I've had a very dry mouth, enlarged circumvallate papillae, white tongue, SOMETIMES a sore throat but not all the time, rumbly stomach, loose bowel movements, fatigue, jaw pressure, feels like a hair ball stuck in my throat, nasal congestion.

I went to the ER a week ago because it was 4 in the morning and I had yet to go to sleep. They gave mea chest xray and told me I dont have congestion. They prescribed me 600mg motrin. I made an appointment with my doctor afterwards and she did an EKG on me and said my heart is fine. she told me she thought it was my allergies. She told me to try claritin for a few weeks and let her know if it helped. Two days later I was back in the ER with all the same symptoms but also dizziness.
It's an extreme horrible feeling going through my body as if my insides are burning. Shortly after my stomach gets very upset, my chest gets congested and it becomes a little harder for me to breathe. I'm usually an extremely healthy guy and I've never had a case of anxiety before. I'm also an easy sleeper and I can usually sleep through anything. Therefore........ The other thing that bothers me is that now I'm much better mentally, at times I am exhausted (for ex.
