Over the next couple of days, I’ve become increasing restless with racing thoughts, insomnia, stomach upset and burning skin on my arms and chest especially while trying to sleep. I’ve encountered this once before a couple of years ago when changing migraine medications too fast. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I’m wondering how long it could last. It’s scaring me and after my issues with my migraine med I never wanted to go through this again.
What it feels like is the chronic post nasal drip I have has caused congestion in my upper chest. However, the weird part is, I really have no cough, and the occasional cough has never brought anything up. In the past, if my chest begins to feel this way, it is followed by the painful cough and coughing stuff up. I would not call what I have sometimes as pain, it feels more like irritation. When I am active, as well as when I drink a lot of water, it seems to be much better.
Right before we left, I could tell I had a sinus infection, as I have a long history of sinus issues. I also have stomach issues, history of a couple ulcers. A couple of ENT's have told me I have obvious signs of GERD, though I don't often have indigestion, sometimes I can taste acid in the morning. Anyway, I saw a doc when I arrived in Denver and she gave me Biaxin for the sinus infection. Only it doesn't seem to have cleared up.
Now, the next day, the heavy respiratory congestion and cough is back full force. My stomach muscles are killing me from coughing. What is the best and quickest way for me to rid myself of the congestion? I hit my rescue inhaler but it doesn't help.
Normally my Asthma is mild. I've thought of purchasing a nebulizer but I know it would just sit there after this ailment passes.
For two weeks now, he is struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep. We thought it could be gas and an upset stomach but that is gone. Now we think is is a lung/sinus problem but can't seem to control it. The odd thing about this is that he can have this problem sitting up as well as laying down. He is taking ClearLungs and Marshmallow along with a digestive enzyme. Is there anything out there that we can try?
For about a year now I have had a cough and chest congestion, my doctor has switched my asthma medications several times thinking that might be the reason for my cough and congestion, she's tried many different types of allery medications, I have been to the pulmonologist, had a chest x-ray and nothing was found, but the cough and congestion I still have.
I have severe chest congestion. This has been going on for about 3 months. It's strange because I will have constant congestion and cough one day and the next day I will be almost clear. I know that if I have congestion one day the next day I will not. I plan my days accordingly. My dr. has put me on antiboitics and presidone twice in the last 3 months, I've had a chest x-ray last week, shows nothing. I have had allergies all my life.
I have this tightness in my chest i kno its mucus but i dont have a cough or cold it hurts when i try to take a deep breath ive never had chest congestion before im not coughing up blood or anything like that. ive been using my asthma pump because when i was younger i had trouble with asthma it helps clearing my airways so i can breath easier but it comes back after awhile. Help?
It is not tightness caused by congestion. If feels like my chest is heavy or the muscles are laboring more to suck air into my lungs.
Today the pain in the back feels more like a burning sensation. It also seems like my face is a little swollen.
Any thoughts and help will be appreciated...
As of today, I’ve been experiencing an upset stomach, sore throat, nasal congestion, and you can say diarrhea. Is it possible I have an std and which one exactly? Note: This was the only time I performed such a sexual act.
I went to the doctor and he prescribed 20 mg predisone for 15 day treatment, and 500
mg of Biaxin antiobiotic , the Biaxin caused a little stomach upset, plus raised blood pressure and faster heartbeats, so today i split the Biaxin in half and will only tale that once a day, instead of 500 mg twice a day. I still have raised blood pressure today , I guess the prednisone also raises the blood pressure. Do you thinj it is a good idea to
take both items, or should I only take the prednisone.
Try some hot tea , with your own lemon & honey . . . Or you could try Theraflu , I love the lemon packets & you pour them into some hot steamy water.
Explain the upset stomach.... pain, you feel like you're going to throw up?

severe head congestion, tired, tight chest. It started with a sore throat. Apparently it is a virus that is going around. I hope it goes as fast as it comes because I have already taken off two days of work. I have asthma so these things tend to make me feel worse than others.
Not likely but be smart. You are pregnant With a baby. If hes vviolent toward u and u allow it to continue then u allow the risk. Id ur violent then that also jeopardizes baby.
I've been vomiting today but when I vomit its just like spit. What can I do or eat or drink ): ?
