Also eating garlic is good, not really pleasant but it works. Google cold home remedies and they can properly tell you the steps. Be patient they work. I had a nasty cough with mucus and didn't want to take medicine to be safe.

Have you tried some home remedies like soup, hot steamy shower, vicks on your chest, throat, feet covered with socks, and cough drops in hot tea with lemon? That may help you along with a cold medicine like nikel24 mentioned.

m allergic to cold medicine, so I always use natural remedies. As soon as I feel a cold coming on, I double my Vitamin C. I also steam fresh mint leaves for congestion and make and my own vitamin water using mint leaves, fresh cut lemons and limes. I can usually kick a cold within 2-3 days using these remedies. Hi! If you were my patient, I would advise you that headaches are common in early pregnancy. Often they improve as time goes on. You can take acetaminophen as directed. Often the pain may respond to massage or acupuncture. I will let the ladies of the forum chime in with home remedies. IF all else fails, contact your doctor, we often will prescribe Fiorcet for patients who don't respond to Acetaminophen Goog luck!

The frequency of hiccups during this period is one in every 5 to 8 seconds. In the initial years, i tried all kinds of home remedies for hiccup. I have not yet consulted a doctor for this.
