I just had a complete vaginal hysterectomy 5 wks ago. Currently I'm using the vivelle dot which is the patch. I have been experiencing pain on the left side of my chest. I don't think it's associated with my heart. It also bothers my left arm and shoulder. Could it be from the patch? Another question. For the past week, I've only had green stools. They are sort of gritty looking in texture. Some are hard and some are just normal. No loose bowels though.

Hi..My Baby Girl is now 7 moth old..Last few days she is suffering by cold cough.We consult a doctor and prescribed antibiotics and cough syrup.That time she had little fever. Last day we consult the doctor again and he advised to take chest xray..After verifying xray he said there is small patches of Pneumonia and he advice us to continue the same antibiotic for some more day.But now she is having no fever but have cough.Is it enough for giving antibiotics (AMOXYLIN 125 mg) for pneumonia.

t get into doctor before January but he has put me on a nitro patch. The patch makes me feel horrendous and I am thinking of stopping. I feel better off it than on it. So long as I have my nitro spray at all times am I safe to stop taking it.

m bit worried of this hiv now, since a week I got this red bumps on my chest 6-7 in different areas of chest and 4-5 on the wrist where it is likE a hard patch inside the skin and red bumps over it which isn't painful neither itchy, sometimes when I touch it's itchy,n bit painful. I am currently in bed, body feeling weak, head very dizzy, and im feeling a tad nauseous. I used a 21mg patch this morning for the first time and the side effects have been nothing but bad news to my body. I took about 3 naps already today and it's only 3:32 in the afternoon! Wild. I've heard people talk about it, and I've had the cold and wet sensation intermittently, but this has been going on for two days. I've got a cold and wet patch (that's perfectly dry) on the outside of my right thigh, another on my left knee, and one on the back of my left calf. It's a little disconcerting. Since yesterday my deltoids and half of my chest is red, it looks like a sunburn but I havn't been exposed to sun. Yesterday I used a corticoids ointment and it went away but came again, today after a cold shower it went away again but its slowly coming back. It doesn't itch at all but it has a small burning sensation (just like when you get sun burned) I havn't used any new shampoo or ate anything different from usual. I'm totally lost, what do you think this might be?

though one thing i remember is that i might have been infected in childhood coz i remember having cold sores, at that time i understood cold sores to be caused by either flu, fever or hot weather? is it true though? or is it the same herpes virus? my boyfriend is also on anti biotic could that be the cause for the chronic white patch on his groin?when i told him about the childhood symptoms he immediately thought i infected him but i have no signs could that be possible?

Hi. I have been on a 25 mg patch since last Tues. Today is Monday early morning. I just put on my 3rd patch. I am itching uncontrollably for the 2nd night in a row. I was on a high dosage of hydrocodone for several years prescribed by the same pain management doc for a variety of chronic pain issues. This is also not my first experience with fentanyl. Not sure why I went back now. Las time I went off cold turkey after 17 months. My doc made me promise not to do that again.

In May I started to see a new pain management doctor and he diagnosed me with all sorts of things and put me on the Fentanyl patch. I am pretty concerned about the fever. You might want to see your doctor again just in case it is more than a virus and keep taking the Tylenol to keep the fever down...fevers aren't good for the baby :( With my daughter, born July 1990, I got a really bad cold early in the pregnancy and it didn't seem to go away. The various causes of patch on a chest xray when you had chest pain as the chief complaint could be emphysema, pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung abscess, rib fracture, lobar atelectasis, malignant lesions etc. wait for the meeting, carry any old xrays or other imaging studies of chest for comparison. Make note of any constitutional symptoms like fever, cough, and weight loss. Consult a pulmonologist after your physician. Management would be according to the cause. Hope this helps.
