You can get ones with added V-C and eucalyptus which is even more great immune system building! I use these as soon as I feel the slightest chance of a cold coming or if my kids have one to guard myself from catching there colds! They are nice and soothing on the throat and eases the dry itchy coughs!
Hope some of these remedies can help you ! They help me cut my cold times in half the time that medicine does ! It's the only way my family and I battle colds !
Everybody is different, iv got 4 kids and me personally i would not take anything without talking to your doctor as somethings can harm your baby. I would drink plenty of fluids and get lots of rest and eat oranges, as they are high in vitamin c take care and good look.
Whenever I drink water or any other liquid I feel pain almost in the middle of the chest and I feel it only at a point in the chest no where else.But when I eat food I dont feel any pain in the chest . Pain occurs only when I drink water or other things like coke,pepsi etc . Is it serious or something common ?
Thank you. I was gonna try but when I first told her, she brushed it off, I have been wheezing and having a deep cough and she didn't even listen to my lungs to see if anything sounded off. I kinda feel like she was in a rush to get me in and out.. Maybe when I call tomorrow, she'll be having a batter day.
t been taken me seriuos about these new symptoms I have, it was about 8 months ago I got my gallbladder out due to a huge stone, I never had these symptoms b4 then, nor do I even think the surgery might of caused this, Randomly my vision goes blurry, my skin feels numb, I have trouble thinking, I get heart palpatations, and none stop cold sweats, This feeling sends me into a panic attack, I know what anxeity feels like, iv been dealing with it for a long time, but these new feelings just don'
For the last few days directly in the center of my chest where my cleavage is i have a cold sensation, weird tingly sensation. I keep putting my hand there to check it is warm or if clothing is rubbing on it but it is not of course...but most notciceable & worrying. The only other symptoms i have are palpitations..
Can anyone shed light on this?
Colds also make asthma worse, when my son has a cold we have to do breathing treatments every 4 hours. Both my kids have asthma they are 7 and 11 years old. My husband also has it. Go talk to your dr and she what he/she says that way you can get whatever it is treated and get on with your life and not have to worry about it.
Two days ago playing football with the kids my son landed on my chest with his elbow hitting me directly beneath my breast into my rib cage. He weighs about 40lbs. It hurts from my rib cage to my back. My nose started bleeding today for no reason. Could this be related to the hit that I took ? I am worried.
I have been outside in the damp bitter cold air for 8hrs a day for last two days. I was definitely prepared with the proper amount of layers, head gear and wool socks. However, the last day my chest is very tight, if i cough it restricts my chest and hurts when i cough. I have no other symptoms other than my chest wall. I am drinking hot tea with honey and have put vicks vapor rub on my chest, but it hurts to talk and especially when i cough.

What lurooney said. I was full of cold at about 38 weeks and rubbed Vicks onto my chest at night.

when a young and fit athlete dies on the playing field, the 2nd leading cause is myocarditis. It's very rare, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen to somebody. I'd read reports that some school districts won't let kids play a sport for months after a bad cold. It's also possible to have pericarditis as well, which would give pain. You should get checked out. The odds are small, but the consequences can be very bad.
