Finally a close friend who is a Vascular Surgeon told me to try taking both Zyrtec (10mg) and Pepcid (50 - 100 mg) at least an hour prior to exercise. It has worked great for me! These are both OTC drugs. Hope this helps someone!

Hey gal....Try OTC Pepcid..the 25 mg tabs....that's what my Dr. told me to take....It helps SOME.....doesn't alleviate it 100% but makes it more bearable!

pls share with me what you did/took/is taking to stop this, am three weeks pregnant and has intching, my doc prescribed CETIRIZINE, but am scared to take this, can anyone confirm if its safe as am in first semister, pls help am worried.

I got a rash on the back of my neck back in December. It got worse and spread. I was put different medications. The first med was Fluocinolone Acetonide Body Oil the end of December. It didn't work. The next script was for Doxycycline Monohydrate 100mg Tabs and Cetirizine 5mg Tablets for one month this was in January. That didn't work. Then they did a biopsy and said it was Eczema. I was told to use Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment 454gm. This was end of January.

was also just started on metaprolol at 25 mg a day in 2 1/2 tabs but really dont know if I Need it or not,,,,,,if the pvc s are har,less to begin with----just dont know what to do----i did make an appt with an actual cardiologist it is on the 6 th i think--the doc that read all my recent ecg s and holters was an internist that specializes in cardiologist,,and he was not freindly and unclear and left me anxious

Loratidine is a newer alternative minus these.Alcohol would cause more sedation with the tabs so be careful when you drive or work with machinery.

I've was taking atleast 12-15 10/325 of hydro's a day for at least year. During christmas i was able to quit ct for 7 days and then started right up again on Jan 1st. taking the same amount of hydro's. in between that time a quit ct again for almost 4 days and yep relapsed again. So here I am trying again, but this time I'm gonna make it. It's been 4 days without hydro's, but I've been taking these tylenol 3's. First day I took 3 tabs every 4-6 hours.

You may take oral antihistaminics like benadryl or zyrtec.Also apply calamine lotion as it has a soothing effect on the skin. You can apply OTC steroid cream but it is only helpful if applied right away, before blisters appear, or much later, when the blisters have dried up. Compresses with cool water or Burrow’s solution (available without prescription) can help dry the ooze faster. Severe cases like extensive blistering and when rashes are present on the face may need oral steroids.

You can take an anti histimine for the itch, OTC are okay I believe Benydryl ,and claritin, aloe vera gel also soothes it, google it for more information if it continues.

Ours went up to. I don't remember what it was but our share is like 70%. Prilosec OTC is now covered 100%. We have switched to that for me and Gary Will and it seems to be working. When he was a baby he had side affects with Prilosec so we stopped it but he doesn't appear to have them now.

I used tabs to get off oxycotton and I beat the odds. Then I tapered off the tabs taking 3 10mg a day to 1 a day. Don't go cold turkey you will always go back. Also look into alzopram and colonodine.

Seems we're both reppin' philly. ; ) But I'm confused: do you mean how long does it take to fall asleep (i.e. minutes, hours) while detoxing, or how long will it take for you to be able to sleep comfortably without taking vicodin? I'm assuming it's the latter, so I'll go with that. For me, it took a few days (I was detoxing off OC 80's, but I didn't use everyday. I would go on a binge for a week, run out of money, go through mild w/d, get money again, repeat).

I honestly wouldn't worry too too much about it. So many of us have taken so many otc meds, drank alcohol, eaten things we should prior to finding out we were pregnant. my husband has been taking tylenol 1's OTC for about a year and he takes about 30 pills 4-5 times a day he has severe back and leg problems he is only 28. what is this doing to his body and what will happen to him if he doesnt stop? no one knows about this he won't talk to a doctor and has said that i better not either. how do i get thru to him ??
