I notice there is a white head on the tip as well. really dont know what is it.. I have been taking antibiotics (a week) and cetirizine (one month) and isotrotinoin (few months time) for a while. That is strange as I assume cetirizine should help anti-allergy as doctor prescribed to me when I had other allergy on my skin - it occurs when my skin have pressure on it and it goes red and itchy, when you scatch it, it swells a big piece.
I got a rash on the back of my neck back in December. It got worse and spread. I was put different medications. The first med was Fluocinolone Acetonide Body Oil the end of December. It didn't work. The next script was for Doxycycline Monohydrate 100mg Tabs and Cetirizine 5mg Tablets for one month this was in January. That didn't work. Then they did a biopsy and said it was Eczema. I was told to use Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment 454gm. This was end of January.
ve seen my General Practitioner and first time I went to him with an Eczema rash which was secondary to this itching to which he gave me bath emollients, aqueous cream and some steroid cream. Second time I went to my GP with spots on my penis and scrotum which he diagnosed as foliculitus and and gave me some antibiotics (Flucluxocillin 250g 4 a day) which i finished the course about a week ago. I've also tried Anti-histamine (Loratadine and Cetirizine).
And I went to the skin dermatologist she told me that i have eczema on my breast. Please help me is there any problem what will i do? Thank you in advance.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to contact dermatitis,eczema,heat rash or sweat dermatitis.
You can take non-sedating antihistamines such as Cetirizine or Loratadine(Claritin). Short courses of oral cortisone or steroids are taken for short periods (one to three days) to settle more severe symptoms.You may take Vitamin C along with the prescribed treatment. Vitamin C is a general anti-allergy supplement.
You should try moisturizing lotions and some over-the-counter antihistaminics like cetirizine or loratidine. Anti-itch creams such as diphenhydramine (benadryl) may provide relief.

Went to a doctor and was priscribed over the counterver Zyrtec/Cetirizine for the hives. Took them and immediately the hives vanished. Everything was going fine until the hives started to come back more and mroe regularly to the point I had to start taking the Zyrtec everyday to control them.
I'm going insane with constant tiny hive like spots appearing on my back, around the top, shoulder blade area. They're like tiny hives that just appear but as it's so hard to reach that area I have to carry around a back scratcher with me to get to the area. I've tried eczema and acne treatment to no avail...

ve been seeing a dermatologist and so far have been treated for eczema with betamethasone 0.1% and Mometasona (to no effect) and for folliculitis with Canesten cream, doxicyclin for 3 months and fluconazole (again to no effect). I have had swabs that've come back negative and two skin biopsies testing for dermatitis herpetifomis and both have come back negative. I have cut gluten out of my diet however, as I've noticed than whenever I eat it my skin is even itchier.
i started taking cetirizine about one year ago for allergy, mind irrretation and etc. i took it almost every day and felt much. now m feeling that m addicted to this. i want to stop taking this but i con't . when i sotp to take cetirizine again the problems arises like allergy,itching , irrrtation . i went to so many doctors but no useeeee. plz plz save me from this. now m feeling that i can not live without cetirizine.....
Medicines like cetirizine are used to treat nasal allergies. So if one has both, the surgery itself will not make the allergies go away. Therefore, medicines like cetirizine may be needed indefinitely if symptoms are bad enough. Cetirizine is generally very well tolerated. You can look online for the list of possible side effects.
pls share with me what you did/took/is taking to stop this, am three weeks pregnant and has intching, my doc prescribed CETIRIZINE, but am scared to take this, can anyone confirm if its safe as am in first semister, pls help am worried.

I get hives and I take something that is similar to zyrtec for it. Cetirizine 10mg given to me by my VA (veteran affairs) doctor. It's safe. Get well soon. I know the feeling and it *****.
He went to four different dermatologists. They all said eczema. He finally went to a real dermatologist, which took eight months to get an appointment, the doctor took one look and said you have an infection. The rash covered his whole body. He looked like a walking rash. He was tortured for two years. The doctor gave him a prescription, three weeks later he just had scars.
I told him he should sue all the other doctors. They shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine.
Both Dermatologists have have said its eczema but there has been no change in the condition despite their treatment. NOTHING stops the itching and its almost impossible not to scratch.
My allergist from Cleveland clinic here in Coral Spring FL prescribe me CETIRIZINE 10MG 3 tablets a day for a month and then bring it down to 2 a day. I began with the treatment on March 2021 as today July 27/2021 I can tell you that I'm feeling 85% better before was every single day going to hell, today I'm not completely free, but feel much much better. Try it. CETIRIZINE is the same as ZYRTEC, but less expensive if a Dr. prescribed it . Good luck.

Sedating antihistamines such as Chlorphenamine(Benadryl) is used at night to get urticaria control. Short courses of oral cortisone or steroids are taken for short periods (one to three days) to settle more severe symptoms.You may take Vitamin C and apply calamine lotion on the rashes.
Did they disappear? If she continues to have them, I'd consider doing allergy testing on her to see what caused them. Benadryl works for a lot of people. It agitates me/activates me so I can't take it but it works pretty well for hives.
