in myasthenia gravis. Also, it carries a FDA black box warning that it may increase your chances of infection, lymphoma and congenital malformations (for pregnant women). Also, its optimal dose is yet undecided. Pyridostigmine (Mestinon) is the usual first line treatment for MG.
